I lived in this exact trailer from birth to 7 years old. The cabinet where the microwave is in this one was our central heating system. There was a built in pullout table to seat 6 table on the couch side of the bar. We had a full bathroom- toilet & shower where just the toilet is in this trailer. We also had an AC unit above the couch with small windows on each side.
EN ESOS AÑOS LOS QUE ERAN DUEÑOS SERÍAN PERSONAS LIMPIAS Y SE BAÑARÍAN TODOS LOS DÍAS , PERO SE NOTA QUE AHORA ESTÁ MUY RENOVADO PARA GENTE QUE NO LES GUSTA BAÑARSE 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤❤
The most beautiful travel trailer I've ever seen! There's no comparison to the style and quality of "old school" when manufacturers gave a damn about the customer! The quality of restoration is over the top!
You know it gets me that trailer has plenty of room with out garbage breaking down junk slide outs and most likely built better then all the new junk they make today. Very Nice!
This trailer is AWESOME! And, so roomy, yet compact outside. I can't imagine no shower but it looks almost as big as the much longer trailer seen in Lucy and Desi's "The Long, Long Trailer" from the mid 50's.
Wow, wish I could afford it. It’s gorgeous. It reminds me of the movie The Long Long Trailer with Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz. It was classic Lucy and she loved that trailer so much.
That is gorgeous!!! I fell in love with it as soon as I saw that wonderful 50s style and trim and paint job on the outside, and then it just kept getting better!
Awesome tour Anna, quite a few years ago during a health crisis we sold you guys a 1947 westcraft sequoia, I was really bummed out about selling that trailer until I saw what a magnificent job you guys did. Keep up the good work, some day we'd love to come tour.
The design reflects the times: no shower because we took a bath once a week on Saturday, separate exterior door for the bedroom for when others were entertaining / playing cards in the big open area and the older couple wanted to sleep and best of all a grenade pin to lock the fridge door!
Hello, I love to look at your work, beautifully renovated trailers from the 40-50s, I am very happy that there is practically no plastic in these campers. Greetings from Poland, Slawek
Just needs a 1950 Cadillac to tow it .. beautiful camper ... grandad uses his 56 nomad to tow a vagabond camper purchase by his dad new . Thanks for posting
I have lived in 2(two) different trailers like this. 1st one was when I had just married and 2nd one was when I had moved way across the country for a job. Wish I had one again. I LOVED THEM
Exquisite restoration. I especially love the original 'fridge and Dixie gas stove, and was amazed at their condition. Imagine getting up in the morning, and making breakfast in that kitchen! And what a nice surprise that the unit had a powder room, albeit a tiny one. The folks who restored this trailer did a fabulous job.
So taking that up in the western mountains, picking up large rocks for souvenirs for the yard? Watch The Long, Long Trailer. Got to love the lines, paint scheme on the outside.
The toilet was not original, from the sound of it, and a shower would risk water damage inside. That beautiful wood used for the w/c was amazing, just like the whole trailer. How beautiful!
@@gladysclausing8785 My mother always insisted we use the campground or state park shower facilities. I think Mom only used the shower in our 1978 20' Roadrunner once. Also, we only used our toilet overnight. Otherwise, it was the property's restrooms.
Just a beautiful trailer. I could live in that. The only thing I didn’t see was a shower. But other than that it’s spectacular. I’m really surprised it only had one axle for that size of a trailer. Definitely would step the show at a vintage trailer show.

Yeah, I don't get that a bathroom would never have been in it.
So interesting to read your comments. Back then, must have been more "basic" living. Wish was like that now

It is absolutely beautiful!! The older stuff will ALWAYS be the best!!
Lol especially us!!
@@Bella-gj6wc Amen to THAT!!😄
This unit is a time capsule, it should be in a museum not on the road. Breath taking renovation, thank you for showing us the true treasure.
What good is a trailer if you cannot enjoy it's use. Trailers are for travel not to sit in some building. 73
This has got to be the most comprehensive restoration of a vintage camper trailer I've ever seen! This unit didn't look this nice in 1950!!
The most beautiful travel trailer I've ever seen! There's no comparison to the style and quality of "old school" when manufacturers gave a damn about the customer! The quality of restoration is over the top!
I really appreciate that you have kept the 50s aesthetic with kitchen counter tops.
This trailer is a work of art, and has been loved. The owner/owners have lovingly taken care of this, and I salute them for this!! I wish I owned it.
You know it gets me that trailer has plenty of room with out garbage breaking down junk slide outs and most likely built better then all the new junk they make today. Very Nice!
Beautiful! This trailer reminds me of the one that was used in the movie “The Long Long Trailer” with Lucille Bell & Desi Armaz!
you could put a lot of rocks in that trailer.
All it needs is a door chime 🔔
That one had a shower! Ha-ha! 🙂
I agree with Reality.., the older stuff will always be the best!, it is beautiful, very cozy and would love to see how it looks with curtains. 😊
Those older ones r so.... cool, & so well restored!
Very cozy I don't know how anyone could love this. The beautiful birch wood. Absolutely love this!
You left out the word "not".
Such quality back in the good ol days. I remember well.
Very neat trailer! My favorite part is the pocket screen door!! 😲👏

A beautiful mid century modern trailer
Wow, wish I could afford it. It’s gorgeous. It reminds me of the movie The Long Long Trailer with Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz. It was classic Lucy and she loved that trailer so much.
Beautiful!!!! More storage, Character ,Craftsmanship & Style, than any Newer Campers!!!! I could live it that Beauty for the rest of my life!!!
The sliding sceen door is nice and the wood thru out is amazing.
I love all the storage. Beautiful little home .
Really nice But no shower is a turn off for me I'd put one in
What a gorgeous vintage trailer!
Beautiful old trailer!!! l 👍love 50's american dream!!👍🇱🇷😎
All that beautiful wood is just fantastic. The curve on the outside rear is fantastic.
Amazing we used to build things like this, in our own country, for our own citizens.
Beautiful quality and workmanship.

Wow, what a gem!!! So love the old retro style trailers!!!
What a beautiful restoration.
This is the most incredibly beautiful vintage trailer I’ve ever seen….. And I’ve seen MANY!
Kudos to the previous owner. Just fantastic

It’s gorgeous. But your tour was fantastic. Thank you for a nice, comprehensive tour without any unnecessary babble. 🥰
I love the older trailers!
Love the art deco exterior design.

What about a 1955 Chevy Cameo pickup?
@@MisterMikeTexas i have a 56 cameo and 57 Ford Ranchero with F code 312 they tow great 👍
Beautiful. Reminds me of The Long Trailer with Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz
Beautiful stunning & solid work of art! Why can't they build similarly sized travel trailers today with this much generous storage? 😐'>
Cause, greed.
Probably has something to do with the cost of manufacturing it and wanting to make a profit.
I'd be happy if they just made them half as well as they did 70 years ago! The new ones are ridiculously priced and zero quality!
I sure miss your TV series you guys are the best
Always been an RV fan. The wood paneling is intoxicatingly breathtaking. But we're missing the built-in dining rm table/seating & the shower???
What an absolute beauty! Gorgeous!
Beautiful, practical, and inviting to own for visiting America's state and national parks! Thank you for shaing with us!
My goodness what a beauty
Love to C such a Unique Trailer !!

wow, just wow.
All I can say is PERFECT!!!
Loved your RV series coming back anytime soon.
Beautiful TT. You done a great job showing this one 👏👏👏👏. Have a blessed day today

What an old beauty
Who ever did the work on that did a great job vary nice thanks for video
I would live there! Shades are beautiful.
A stunning unit!
This looks absolutely beautiful ❤
A really beautiful restoration. Park this in a private scenic setting with mild/to/warm climate - and have an outdoor shower.
Beautiful 😍 especially the woodwork
Beautiful paneling
This is truly gorgeous!!! Love it! 🎉😊

Lovely trailor !!! Nicest one I've seen! It's a winner!
This is the most perfect layout I’ve ever seen my dream camper
What a gorgeous piece of work
Such a beautiful trailer! Super cool 😎👍👍
so beautiful inside and out
Mesmerising
It's rad! I live in a beat up 70's trailer.
What a beautiful trailer. It’s immaculate.
So taking that up in the western mountains, picking up large rocks for souvenirs for the yard? Watch The Long, Long Trailer.
Got to love the lines, paint scheme on the outside.
Gorgeous!
So beautiful!💖💖💖
Beautiful Vintage Trailer, the wood work in this Trailer is beautiful, one thing this Trailer is missing is a shower.
This is so gorgeous!
Absolutely perfect. One of the best layouts.
Just beautiful
Sweet. Love the counter tops
Almost toooo beautiful to use!

Stunning.
Wow. Spectacular.
It's a beauty.
Beautiful!
Beautiful
Wow that’s really beautiful
Simply beautiful! What a gorgeous trailer and so well kept. One question I might be mistaken but I didn't see a shower.
The toilet was not original, from the sound of it, and a shower would risk water damage inside. That beautiful wood used for the w/c was amazing, just like the whole trailer. How beautiful!
If I had that trailer it would be a sponge bath every night
@@sealot2420 Same here. I would happily do that rather risk the vintage finish with water damage or steam.
Very nice
I wonder if there was an original bathroom with a small sink and shower? The trailer is really cool and it has so many amenities
What a Beauty!!
You did a great job showing this trailer. Spectacular condition but disappointed that there is no shower.
How often are RV showers used, anyway?
@@MisterMikeTexas
Daily!
