I was having suppliment of these from last one month and 2 week back i feel pain in left abdomin .. and now i got to know i have 3.8 mm of kidney stone in left ... Problems i have now because of deficiencies Stiffness in neck muscles Pain in shoulder joints and spinal cord (upper) Nerve pain Problem because of kidney stone Pain in left side while yawning and taking deep breath Some time i feel pain in right side .. don't know whether because of left kidney stone or deficiency No pain in urethra So .. i ask your advice Should i continue to eat 60000 IU capsules and ME-12 OD tablets for deficiency and it would be great sir if you give more advice acc to my case
@@viswaviswa8925 fine. As the vitamin deficiency was from many days.. so i took medicine and i am fine now and still recovering 😊 dont worry .. its kind of common in today unhealthy world you will be fit and fine soon 💚
I was wondering if taking calciferol or lanolin or lichen based Vit D, was making any difference in kidney stones occurence... that is the issue. Calciferol is strictly forbidden for people prone de kidney stones like me.

Does taking vitamin D hurt kidney?
Is it absolutely necessary to take K2 when supplementing with D3, if one is already taking Magnesium?

Just taking D3 can elevate Calcium too much, therefore must be taken with K2 to see to that the calcium gets to where it should be..
