That's Chloe's actually dad who Todd wanted nothing to do with because of her being half black...Then Kyle got caught again during a relapse so Todd adopted her for ratings on the show. I doubt he's smiling missing his daughter to his fraudster racist father.
Spent whole lives dodging taxes, filing frivolous lawsuits, losing house after house even his own mother's home. They've been doing it over 30+ years and moved to a state to help dodge even more taxes, and still people love them. Their behaviour doesn't seem very Christian. Not to mention all of the other evil they have done to their own family from blackmail to physical/mental violence, etc etc.
😂 I've only heard of them through this Federal investigation/conviction. It's weird seeing people "....oh I love this family...." "....prayers to them..." Hated his granddaughter cause she was half black then adopted her for the ratings. They're not even married, he has a boyfriend and uses her as his TV wife. He never had money always did fraud until he met her and then golddigger all her money until she was broke. With a 95%+ conviction rate you really think they aren't building a case for him. Just by reading up on past Federal cases in Georgia based on similar charges, convicts that pleaded Guilty got an average between 3-5 years in Federal prison. For the short time that I spent researching sentences in similar cases where the convicts pleaded Not Guilty, I couldn't find anything consistent, I'll have to search again. If I had to guess the sentencing amounts for the Chrisley's, I would guess that they each receive between 8 - 10 years in prison. No judge in their right mind is going to allow them to serve that time at home. The Chrisley's will lose their appeal based on the evidence. Most convicts have underage kids at home and grandparents with health issues, so I really don't see the judge making any favorable allowances for that. The Chrisley's have adult children who can take care of the family while they serve their 10 years in prison. Why they didn't make a plea bargain was a big mistake and now that option is no longer on the table. This is not a hateful comment, I'm only stating facts combined with a little speculation.

When you're a CONVICTED defendant claiming you're "not allowed to talk about it at this time" and "it (truth) will all come out"...it means that whatever "it" is, it's not going to help you, and the gag order is for your protection. Any info that could clear you, or clean your reputation up would have been presented in court, and/or at sentencing, at the very least. So tired of rich entitled people pretty much telling the rest of they're so much better than us they don't have to pay taxes, and they hover above the law. Screw these two. Make an example and put them in prison for a minute and then intense parole that insures they work, and pay restitution and taxes. ✌

Ditto! I've been sick since Thanksgiving 2017, and I've been hospitalized numerous times since then. I have most episodes of CKB on DVR. The show has helped me through many of the days when I was so sick that I would literally pray to die. The show is my all-time favorite.

Are they asking fans to pray for the judge to have mercy on them, or are they literally saying that they did nothing wrong and for the "truth" to come out? If they truly did nothing wrong, then yes, I pray that they are vindicated. But I have my doubts about that because there are paper trails, witnesses, bank statements and more proving their fraud. And if they did indeed commit fraud, then they need to serve their punishment for at least a few years.
