Hello @Demizhuang, wish you a speedy recovery! Just focus on recovering, take things at ur own pace :) Are you staying in 1 of the hotels in jb currently during your home toilet upgrading? My previous rental place also had HIP and I moved out way before it started.
Try using castor oil on your back. Place some castor oil on a thick pad and use it as a compress. It will penerate into your spine area and speed up recovery. No need too much, the oil is very thick. The other way you could do is to apply the oil on your spine area and wrap your body with plastic wrap at night when you go to sleep. Then rinse off the oil in the morning when you shower. This will speed up your recovery significantly. You can check up castor oil and everything else I recommended, in youtube.
