It may not be the best but I had a good sleep and I didn't find the bed hard or difficult to sleep on. But yeah, it all boils down to one's personal preference too. Some may find the beds firm, but others may see them as good enough. Hope this information helps. :)

Once in Shinjuku station, just follow the directional signs going to Kabukicho. The hotel is just a 6min walk from Shinjuku station East Exit. I hope I was able to answer your query. One thing APA should implement is the number of elevators,just one is really inconvenient,and as far as I remember it's not possible taking the stairs🤔

I am just imagining what will happen if their one and only elevator needs some maintenance or repair. I just hope this never happens.

@@wheretonext1190 it happened to me last June😅 we had to go to our room and had to ask a staff member to "guide us" to our room using the stairs🥲
