Urgent Need to Aid Ukraine: Gen. Clark on US, Ukraine

Former NATO Supreme Allied Commander in Europe, Retired General Wesley Clark, shares his insight on how Ukraine will use aid from the United States, if it passes, against Russia. He also talks about what Russian President Vladimir Putin may try to do to Ukraine during the period of time Ukraine waits for aid to arrive, and states the need to aid Ukraine is urgent.
