Wow! Thanks for this easy to follow full body burn! It really made me sweat! Sorry you were having mic & ear piece staying in place problems! It didn't seem to slow you down any! LOL! I'm watching the Tour de France and the cyclists use tape to keep their ear pieces in place even when they are pouring with sweat!

Hi. Just did this routine for the first time and loved it. It certainly makes you work up a sweat. Much more gentle on my knees as well. I'm 53 now and used to do a lot of step and cycling in my 20's and think this has contributed to the wear and tear of the knees as well as doing physical jobs since I was 18, so have to do things a bit more gentler now. Need to lose weight and tone up so will stick with this video. Also doing beginner pilates and strength training in small sessions. But really enjoyed your video

I did this this afternoon, and I was sweating bucketsful! I so loved the circuit workout, enjoyed it tremendously. It was fun and lively as always. Never a boring workout with you. Love your choice of music as well because it does help to motivate and make the workout enjoyable too. Looking forward to more of these. I also have limited floor space, so standing ab workouts are a big help. Thanks , Gina
