I was thinking it should be very complicated and ever tried it..but your recipe and the way you present made me try. Making the dough without oil first and keep mixing it to form glutin is the trick you shared. Thank you so much for your work. Your presentation is very clear and good, especially your kitchen :) i couldn't upload a pic .. otherwise I would have uploaded a pic of boy's reaction after eating the parotta:)
