what if dont select support during the creation of any model what will be the impact
If the design has parts at angles that need support and we dont select Add Supports option then there the nozzle will have to drool the extruding filament in the air so it will not print in place, the layers will be hanging like wines attached to the rest of the model.

Yes but depends on the print job.. in some industries the prototype needs to be perfect where even a minute clearance difference could have different results than needed if that's not the case yes you can print it in parts and then stick them together.. the biggest printer I've used so far is creality cr10s max which I think is 450mm ³ .. if Printing with pla or petg its good u might have to work a little on the bed addhession at first but you'll get a hang of it.. big prints in ABS -I can't promise..

1000watt power - 1ghanta use kroge 1 unit bijli jayegi, tumhare area me per unit price google krlo, aur multiply krlo jitne ghante tum use kroge per day
- let's say ek print krne me 7 ghante use hoga, aur mere area me 1 unit bijli 6 rs ki hai, toh 6x7=42rs per print+ filament (700-1000rs per kg, jo bahut lamba chalega, ek fist/muthi size ka print max 50-70gm ka hoga)
