😂 Bro that is some strong whistle he's got I can whistle one note lol if I change note all I hear is noise of breath wind But remember Axl has a massive vocal range, and he can hit most of that range while running and jumping 😂 He might have lost that voice but I will always be grateful that he destroyed his voice so much just to give us this great music ✌️
This song has a very special place in the hearts of many GNR fans. I'm not even sure why, but seriously, it is one of my favorites for sure. Just something about it.
Well, for me I love it for what it is but also because of the total disbelief when they performed it the first time at an awards show. --- Axl said he wanted each album they put out to be very different from the last. This song came off the acoustic album. I love it, because most people didn't follow so close to realize what they were going to get. When he performed it live on stage for the first time (before the album came out I believe) at some awards show, everyone was just jaw dropping because it was so unexpected. I loved it so much and that whistling is top tier.
Slash was also in the band Velvet Revolver along with 3 other original members of GNR, along with Scott Weiland of Stone Temple Pilots, they’re worth a listen.
No Slash and Duff were the only two original members,so that means Slash was in the band with one other original member, also in the band was original drummer Steven Addler's replacement, Matt Sorum ,Dave Kushner and Stone Temple Pilots singer Scott Weilend
Patience in my opinion, is a slow burn. It truly does build up slowly, and the ending is the best. I love that Axl holds back throughout the song, uses his baritone for the most part & then close to the end, he shines (as he always does). If you watch a live version of Patience, it adds even more to how much fun this song is :)

I've always loved that song, i was 15 when the song came out in 1988, brings me back to so many great memories of my teenage years in the 80's. I would say Nightrain or Rocket Queen is my favorite Guns 'N' Roses song but i love many many songs.
Axl was just so versatile and his range is just insane. I’m not even close to that level but I practice a lot because I absolutely love music, especially GNR!
Not all songs hit instantly. Sometimes it needs some time to make it. This is one of those. My favourite song of Gn'R is "Welcome to the Jungle". Good number two is "You could be mine". Greetings from Finland.
Usually the best songs are the ones that need multiple listens. That's why I'm sick of 90% of music reactors always reacting to the same old trite hits.
Inna ❤ PS: I can say that I like all of Guns' songs, but there is one that is special to me because every time I played it, my late mother would sit next to me and listen to it. Breakdown is the music
Yes! Rock ballads! It's a thing. At least it used to be in the 70s and 80s. Usually even generally pretty hard rock bands would occasionally throw in a softer, maybe romantic, type song. Some people, like myself, love them. Some people get all angry because they're too tough for a slower one, and feel betrayed because it isn't what they're used to and want , and probably everything in between. It's silly, really, but used to be a pretty common thing for rock bands. I can't remember if you've done Aerosmith yet, who were one of the greatest American hard rock bands, that were actually a huge influence on Guns and Roses, which is another story, but legendary guitarist Joe Perry used to say that he hated when Steven Tyler would write a ballad, because he just wanted to do more rockin' stuff, but begrudgingly admits that some of their ballads were their most successful songs, that in retrospect, he really likes himself. Especially, if you see a band live, you have to mix in a ballad! You can't just have the same level of energy for the entire show. You have to switch it up, create some variation and emotional transition in mood. You know?
Many people know GnR mainly for their bangers, the rock hits but as with many "hair bands" from the 80s they all had rock ballads, many of them almost as big hits as their rock hits. Great reaction to a fantastic song
This song is so good. Great pick and thanks for sharing! P.S. You whispered "patience" into the mic just as good as Axel. Had to do a double take because I was kind of zoning lol.
I'd love to see your reaction to This I Love (also by Guns N Roses). It's Axl's most romantic song ever written by him (as far as i know). It might be even a little heartbreaking with how much love he's showing in this song (literally *begging* for love).
I still have hope and patience than Guns and Roses make an unplugged album, this particular song for me is a sample of what could be an unplugged GNR's performance.
Axel Rose has some intense pipes.. none out there like it.. I'm so attached to this song and so many of their songs... so good. I have so many favorites, November Rain, Don't Cry, Civil War, Mr. Brownstone, and of course Patience..
i like the idea that you like good music.. this song is eternal and timeless; streets don't change, just the names, i ain't got time for the games either. xo
Many rock bands make/made a ballad at one time in their careers. G&R did a few as well. Patience is a song that needs to grow on you over time. I became a G&R fan because of their louder music and listening to their albums you inevitable also listen to the more quiet songs and eventually I started to really like those too. If I think back at which song I liked best of G&R I think it still is Welcome to the jungle, the first song I heard.
Una de las mejores baladas de los gansos del rock, jaja. Hermoso tema y gracias por reaccionar a ella. Saludos Inna desde bs as, argentina, excelente tu trabajo
I liked your reaction very much and I like this song very much. Especially if your playing the guitar, this song is a good try for beginners. Yes, and his name is Axl Rose! 😉 Slash has a very unique guitar sound, a real guitar hero, have fun with the concert!
Ciao, Inna! I was about your age when the first Guns album came out. There were many classics. I have clear memories of where I was when I first heard them. The songs I can personally relate to the most are "Yesterdays" and "Civil War."Also, the Paul McCartney cover "Live and Let Die" was excellent. If you haven't heard them yet, I recommend you do. I think they have what you would love to hear.
Their song "Sweet Child o' Mine" is my favorite, only because the very first time I went for a solo drive with just me, my car, the road, and the stereo, it was the very first song that was on the radio when I turned it on. Every time I hear that song, I'm right back in my car driving down that road with the windows down and the smell of the desert north of Vegas. Some songs are pivotal in one's life, and Sweet Child o' Mine is one of them for me. Perhaps you'll like it too.
William Bailey or Bill Bailey known as William Axl Rose , he was the best front liner at his time, did you know what really like from classic Rock music is they were always have the romantic track
You’re so beautiful 😍 Favorite GnR song: NOVEMBER RAIN, PATIENCE, PARADISE CITY, and LIVE AND LET DIE. But, I do love thier whole catalog. Great reaction, you’re awesome 😎 Keep it up 👍
If you want more Slash stuff there's Velvet Revolver and his self-titled album that features guest singers and musicians, as an Avenged Sevenfold fan I love the M. Shadows song (Nothing to Say), and the song featuring Ferige (from Black Eyed Peas) absolutely slaps!
Great Honest Reaction Darlin....... Never ceases to amaze me how surprized people are that the "rockers" sing these Wonderful/Passionate Ballads/Songs.......
Hear me out... GNR sold us short when they came back in for ONLY 1 verse of powerful Axle. This song should have ended like Hey Jude, with the voice chorus and Axle absolutely slaying the last HALF of the song. They left meat on the bone!!
I first heard them play this on an awards show, and I was disappointed; I was expecting "Welcome to the Jungle," "Sweet Child o' Mine," or something fast. It later grew on me. Back in the '80s & '90s, "Sweet Child" would've been my favorite GnR song, but now I'd say "November Rain" by a hair.
See you soon on m.twitch.tv/innasolo ❤
I think you should volume up the video and your voice a little lower... Thanks
Axl just whistling is better than many “singers” today.
Agree with you
😂
Bro that is some strong whistle he's got

True. Unfortunately, Axl singing today is worse than most whistling in the world.
Needs more autotune
I often ask people they can’t sing if they can whistle instead…doesn’t take me long to ask them to go back to singing.
Bitter sweet. Where have the days gone?? My oh my
My favorite band.
My favorite band too. Nobody better than Axl Rose in my eyes.
❤👏🔥
A minha também
This is the “Roses” part 😄
Under-rated comment right there

My First CD, i am 42 years Old, speak portuguese (Brasil )but for me, this reflect my youngness, i love it ! Take care
They did this In 1 One Take !
1 in a million acoustics are epic

Great band. I saw them live last summer.🤘
Aw this is such a brilliant song

This is what I love about gnr, the diversity of sounds
Funny you named metallica with them. I the 90s they toured together and I got to see them.. Great show
my early intro to English was these guys, along with Metallica.
also this particular song was one of many that I learned playing guitar with.
oh and another GN'R ballad that has probably been underrated: So Fine.
Axl was just so versatile and his range is just insane. I’m not even close to that level but I practice a lot because I absolutely love music, especially GNR!

This whole album is a classic
I love everything by GNR. My favorite band. My favorite song by them is Rocket Queen.
My fav song from Guns & Roses: You Could Be Mine.
Inna ❤ PS: I can say that I like all of Guns' songs, but there is one that is special to me because every time I played it, my late mother would sit next to me and listen to it. Breakdown is the music
once in a lifetime voice. the crazy thing is the 80's was full of them
A masterpiece ✨️ 👍
ONCE A LEGEND ALWAYS A LEGEND..AXL ROSE ONE OF THE BEST VOCAL OF ALL TIME..

It will grow in you😉
I like when he transforms to Hyde .....
Everybody knows that Rock and Metal ballads are Evergreen. The best ones !
Need a little patience 🤣🤣 6:32

Great reaction to a fantastic song
All we need is just a little patience
no way you need the start too. but yes first time is like that. its slow and low but its also nice and chill. great album too

Love how much you love his voice!
My favorite GnR song is Rocket Queen, it's off the backside of their Welcome to the Jungle album.
Guns n roses simplesmente incríveis. Patience uma das melhores músicas de todas
Great song. Great video.
Axel is a legend!! ❤️GNR so much! They truly defined me growing up! This song is perfection imo
My favorite is Estranged.
This song is so good. Great pick and thanks for sharing! P.S. You whispered "patience" into the mic just as good as Axel. Had to do a double take because I was kind of zoning lol.
check out "It's So Easy" by them - very different than what you've heard
I'd love to see your reaction to This I Love (also by Guns N Roses). It's Axl's most romantic song ever written by him (as far as i know). It might be even a little heartbreaking with how much love he's showing in this song (literally *begging* for love).
You need to react to their 1992 Paris live show. That song has a lot more pathos when experienced live. I hope you enjoyed seeing Slash too.
in Tokyo 92 with the « Wild Horses » before is just sooo perfect
I still have hope and patience than Guns and Roses make an unplugged album, this particular song for me is a sample of what could be an unplugged GNR's performance.

@InnaSoloMusic You are going to love seeing Slash live, back in 1992 I went to go see Guns N' Roses live in Chicago it was awesome.
Esto es verdadera música!!!
Favorite GNR song . NightTrain.
Listen to it again and again and again and again and again.........................if you have the Patience?!
When its slow, its sway and flowing smoothly, when its hard, its very hardest than you imagine..enjoy
Come to America😊

You really need to check out the original lyrics on the "so sweet part"
Una de las mejores baladas de los gansos del rock, jaja. Hermoso tema y gracias por reaccionar a ella. Saludos Inna desde bs as, argentina, excelente tu trabajo
i have two favorites, one being fast and one being slow, 1. fast "Out ta Get Me" 2. slow "Estranged"
Love that Song 🥰
I guess we all wear boots similar to the ones Axl wore back then.
GnR live Tokyo and Paris, so many fantastic Songs
This song along with November Rain are the two songs by GnR that have been overplayed on the radio and have not gotten old to me
I liked your reaction very much and I like this song very much. Especially if your playing the guitar, this song is a good try for beginners. Yes, and his name is Axl Rose! 😉
Slash has a very unique guitar sound, a real guitar hero, have fun with the concert!

Watching your reactions from patience i simply... falled in love with you

Back in the '80s & '90s, "Sweet Child" would've been my favorite GnR song, but now I'd say "November Rain" by a hair.
😊
You have done 'Don't Cry', right?
