This was your BEST one ever, Edward. I was skeptical when I saw how long it was but it worked out so well. Thank you. Just one correction: Rodger and Elina are not married. They each have their own spouses - I have met both the spouses and they are also amazing people.
@@EdwardBath you certainly not the only one that thought so - we have stayed there before - on his FB - and thought the same. Anyhow a great host "couple".
We went to South Africa 2 years ago, and we visit Kruger, South Africa is the best country we visited so far and it’s not even close. we’ve been to 40 plus countries. all the way from United States. Love all your TH-cam videos. Keep it coming .
@@EdwardBath This is your best yet Edward. Back for my third viewing. As someone in the screen production game I truly do appreciate the effort you put in to making this and other videos. I hope to return to S.A. and Kruger again very soon.
Discovered your channel today! Being a videographer and editor myself, I really enjoyed the scenes and the pace that you take with the videos. You have also managed to capture the feel and atmosphere of that magical place through great sound recording. Thank you for the great content!
I SO SO love how every road is for you just THE most amazing road, THE most favorite camp etc. 🙂. You really deliver Kruger vibes around the globe with your amazing videos and your happiness. Amazing footage and editing. No, wait. THE most amazing footage and THE most amazing editing. Love from Germany for it!!
Awesome Ed....agree, probably your best ever production. We felt like we were with you on the journey. Beautiful images, great blend between wildlife, the camps and your own thoughts and views to questions you receive. Thanks again for keeping the overlanding flame burning in SA. Greetings from Munich!
100% share your feelings on KNP. Thanks for sharing. Awesome. Watch your guys videos numerous times - helps us through the period stuck overseas with this damn virus. Our trailer must think we have deserted it. Be back asap.
This episode was 'next level' boet! You capture the essence of Africa so well, from the big 5, to the birds, reptiles etc. Not to mention a lekker braai at the end of the day.Such a pleasure to watch...
Thank you for the extra length feature episode, Ed. Great to be back enjoying your storytelling. And agree on the Kruger. Never tire of the place and every trip feels to short. We return in Sept and always head North.
Top video. Man, you speak so well! Reallly enjoy watching. Yes off course, for those that know how to 'feel' the place, like us, yeah it's the best place in the world. I go there for the smells, sounds and atmosphere. Favourite thing for me, the francolins. Addicted to that sound.
Yet another amazing video!!! I find it incredible how easily you transfer the real feeling of the bush throughout the entire footage, and also enjoy your positive view of the bush and life, congrats on this too. Exceptional video quality and all the work that it took you to get the final result really shows (would be nice to see a quick video on how you do your editing, just for us viewer to take a glimpse on how much work goes into a video).Keep up the magic and thanks for sharing. Fantastic Ed!!! That was absoloootly epic and next level! Seriously that brought back so many memories for me I was spellbound. Your camera work is constantly evolving and improving - the lion and elephant scenes were wonderful. The Kruger will always have a special place in my heart for many reasons but no.1 on the list is because it was the place where I had my 1 and only sighting of a leopard which I can still see so vividly in my minds eye that every time I remember it my heart skips a beat and my breath catches. Magical. Keep up the good work Ed, so very much appreciated and you are right - SA is the most beautiful country in the world.
Thank you so much Paul! I’m glad to hear that things are improving! The Kruger is amazing and it’s amazing the memories one can make in this amazing place! Thanks for the support Paul

We last visited KNP in November 2021 around the time you made this video. My wife Lucille wanted to celebrate her birthday, 16 November in Tsendse and despite it being 50°C that night with no electricity for aircon loved the experience. Lucille was spoiled with a huge almost white chameleon found in the freezer room, not very cold. The 2 nights before we were in Punda Maria and also visited Crooks Corner and the campsite seeing unforgettable bird species. We spent 2 weeks overall in a hired RV from K2P from Hoedspruit and were able to visit almost everywhere without the need for 4X4.
Amazing to see the Kruger in such a beautiful state. In Zimbabwe the Chinese have turned such beautiful national parks into mines, left a lot of pits and animals being trapped and dying .
Thank you Edward, We just spent 16 day’s in Kruger and Mapungubwe. And as you say: fantastic. We were for 2nd time in Mapungubwe (Leokwe) and it’s to us and exceptional place. Just like Punda Maria. We do have to come back to see some of the places you mentioned and showed. Thank you!
