I have the same ski 96' 1100, had it out the past few weekends and its been running like garbage. pulls strong, then bogs, then pulls strong then bogs..... Just ordered the 3 rebuild kits with needles and seats to rebuild this fall. I had everything pulled out except the two center intake bolts are the worst to get out and decided to wait for the kits to come in
I use a stubby combination wrench and ground down both ends till they are about 3/16 in thick. You still need to be real careful not to drop the nuts. It takes me about 15 min to get all six nuts off.

Oh Yea! Those nuts are a bitch. Thanks for the awesome tips! Really helped me. I think it took me like 2 hours to get all the nuts off! Just got to go into it with some patience and realize it's going to take forever...
I seen no info on this ski online so I thought I would help out. Mine looked like it was sitting in the ocean for a while. After all mine came from Florida. Filed for abandoned paperwork and got it back. Sold it last year. I'm on to airplanes now.

theres that lil crack opening where the Hull is married together you can actually swing the wrench right in there to get to them bolts

These bolts are NOT 12mm
They are nuts and they are 12mm.
