- We took a road trip from the Bay Area to Salt Lake City to pick up our Sheltie (Shetland Sheepdog) puppy - Isla!

So much joy! We’ve made several such trips for Shelties, though our trips have been towards Seattle. And in two days, we’re headed north again for an Oriental White cat. It never gets any less exciting! Your breeder’s puppy area is magical. I don’t think I would be able to leave.

Nothing like a Sheltie! We have 2 from a breeder in Ohio. So understand roadtrips. At the time it was South Carolina to Ohio. We are in CA too now. It is worth purchasing from a reputable caring responsible breeder. We have a beautiful black and white and a Sable. They get lots of compliments everywhere we go as they are so showy, sweet and have us so well trained 😁

Sheltie s are amazing I have 2 and now I'm a proud owner of a smooth collie she's going on 3 but I will be getting another collie soon and a sheltland sheep dog in the future again thay are all so smart my first sheltie opened doors and once ate a q pounder and closed the box and didn't even leave a crum

Yes they are I love my collie s to the moon and back I sure miss my other fury babies ❤️ though
I left a bacon sandwich on a low table -- ONCE -- while I visited the washroom. When I emerged, I saw Angus the Sheltie push the toast aside with his nose. He then grabbed the bacon and ran away. Clever wee laddie with impeccable timing & dexterity.

I got a blue Male (Grape Nehi) from a lady in Sacramento YEARS ago and she moved east. I had him for 15.5 years. I went by her house after he passed looking for another excellent kid; I have Q-tip (9yo) now looking for another. If you are the same breeder let me know I’d like another Shelty prefer a tri as I’ve never had one but open to any

Salt City Shelties, the breeders name is Barbara. Our puppy is 9 months old now and we’re very happy with her!

I made this video for my family back in Canada since they won’t be able to meet her for a while due to covid. I’m not sure if we’ll post any more videos but maybe. We are planning to bring another dog (different breed) into our home this year, so we might put some more up then
