This new model looks incredibly better than the previous one. Those new textures look far more detailed (especially the scales) and superior. I'm surely looking forward to seeing this new model in-game.

I looked at the first updated model and thought it looked much worse than the original, but I didn't comment. You fixed the problem I had with the scales, and I happy to see you're taking the criticism seriously.

You should add an outro card at the end of your videos, and put the video recommendations on top of that. As it is now, they always cover up almost half of the screen on the last few seconds.
i usually counteract this by having a useless last 15 seconds. your suggestion is great, but it'd end up increasing my video editing time by a lot and it'd make this whole channel less fun for me personally
TH-cam really needs to get their act together and add an option to hide video cards. There is already a toggle to hide "annotations" on desktop, but all I've seen it do is hide the channel icon on the bottom right corner.
certainly an improvement, but i still have reservations. the scales are made to look too flat. in the original, as blurry as they were, they were simulating volume, like they bulged out. there's a gradient from the middle to the edges and is missing here. it just looks like a flat surface with depressions on it, like dried up mud. or idk, like he has coins glued all over him. it makes it look flatter. even so, it's still good enough to be called an improvement.

The only feedback I would have now is, if you are planning on seeing him from affar, or on original resolutions, is to make the scales detail thicker, or to paint in some lights/shadows for each scale, since we are lacking normal maps or specular maps.
Looks so much better! My only question would be how well it reads on an actual N64, ESPECIALLY on a CRT! While I know it looks good on modern displays, the way a CRT merges/blurs pixels might make it not as good?
I know I’m late to the party but I feel the metal cuffs are too ‘clean’ compared to the OG, as the OG makes it seem like there should be some scuff marks on the metal surface.
I know my opinion goes against the rest, but I never liked bowser’s original scales. I liked your first redo more than your second, because it updated things I didn’t like about the n64 model.
I don't understand the texture edits they're really amateur looking because they don't use level of detail correctly over the whole thing. The scales are too flat and sharp and draw too much attention in compared to the face. The lack of blacks and contrast on the face is a really confusing.
