But Hagler Murked everyone eventually during a fight? Hearn-Hagler best 3 rounds in Boxing 🥊 ever. And You’ve probably scene all the wars I’ve scene. That is and always will be the cut Hagler had he knew he had to drop Hearns and he did. That wasn’t easy back then??? Duran, and Hearns for sure? Suger Ray Lenard is ah Epic Fighter,I scene him Overcome so many odds so many times. Beating Duran making Duran Give up because of the mental n physical speed of Lenard compared to 1st fight? “No MAS.” Duran said. No more. Because 2000s Heavyweights been boring until Fury beat Wilder at 60% 2nd Time at 85% 3rd time Fury will be at 120% and he will beat Wilder worse this time. Then A.J.,Then White?,Ruiz,Then Retire and Wilder,or AJ. Will Have the best chance at it. No ones beating Fury. He brought Heavyweights back. Those 80s Hagler fights were like Heavyweight Fights! WOA. He was always ready,And Could turn Southpaw, and Orthodox better than anyone to ever do it. People have No Idea how Epic Hagler really Was? People really don’t know. In terms of fighting prowess he won, but in terms of tactics and cunning you have to admit that Sugar Ray Leonard fairly won. I wish it wasn't so, but I think the result was fair as Leonard just outwitted him .. Hagler lost the mental battle before he ever got in the ring, and then handicapped himself further by agreeing to the largest possible ring and a 12 round match - all engineered by Leonard to his sole advantage and ultimately victory.

Hagler was an absolute beast. A methodical wrecking machine. Back then, it wasn't about being undefeated. It was about fighting the best of the best. It was about pride and honor. Not brand and marketing. Manlihood. About hunting, seeking out the next best challenge. Not ducking guys until their prime had passed. For this reason, Mayweather is not in my Top 5 best ever...and I dare to say, not even in my Top 10. He bought judges in Vegas, and this was why he never forced the issue in the ring. Just like Biden never campaigned...because he knew the inevitable, prescribed outcome.

Thank You Mr. Vincent. In my opinion Mr Marvelous Marvin Hagler is the best that ever fought. The most focused and talented man ever to enter the ring and lay it all on the line. I was glad to see Marvelous had earned "walk away money" when he decided to leave boxing. He proved what a true professional aspires to be. He became a person of charactor and that included at the end to not be disrespected any longer. Marvelous was no longer playing the biased political game in boxing that cast a shadow over the sport that I will not elaborate on. Floyd in spite of his ability to dodge punches would have ate a lot of leather if he had faced Mr Hagler. May he rest in peace.

Thanks bro thought it was a great film up until that point, and then it lost a lot of credibility in my eyes...also Hagler has always freely admitted Mugabi was his toughest ever opponent. Kenny Bayless, then I guess a Nevada official, not referee, collected Hagler’s urine sample after the bout and remarked that it was pure blood.
I had another instance like this when I was reading “Sweet Thunder” Sugar Ray Robinson’s biography. Understandably a huge portion of the book focused on his 6 fight series with LaMotta. But to my amazement the author barely mentioned Robinson’s fights with Carmen Basilio, 2 of the most famous and important fights of Robinson’s s later middleweight career , again I really couldn’t wrap my head around that oversight either, oh well sometimes someone won’t grant a interview to an author or filmmaker at that artist can say fuck you , you won’t be a part of my film or book lol no matter how significant you may have been!
