I’ve been watching and liking the videos for years and they’ve just been getting better and more entertaining the editing in this video was an 11/10 love the comedy
I have the 29 pc Red Helix drill bit set and I’ve had to use a pair of channel locks to get some of those out. I’d gladly buy a new case if there’s an updated version.
I'd had to use lineman pliers, especially with the drill bits, but with the 1/16 drill bits, I wonder if I'll break it before I get it out of the case.
I used to carry two shockwave cases, then realized most of the bits were repetitive so I just put all my effort into one case, it’s heavy af but its amazing for almost every single job that will come my way.
Hi Guys!!! My favorite Milwaukee bit kit is the 55-piece because of the large variety of items. It has 3 extensions, a variety of bits including several hex and torx sizes, and nut drivers along with socket adapters. Now, the biggest problem I have with the kit are the 3 extensions. The c-ring in the extensions makes removing a 1-inch bit almost impossible! I know several comments on the internet talk about twisting back-n-forth while pulling the bit works. I've tried that. It does work sometimes., but I still have to use pliers to pull out those bits on many occasions. I think the new Milwaukee bit holding rails are an improvement but are not better than DeWalt. Bits too easily move in the Milwaukee rails. And, the bits on a row behind other bits almost always cause the front row of bits to move when getting those out on the back row. DeWalt has their rails with an angle, which does a better job with this issue. And, on my Milwaukee wish list, I would love to have a variety (Philips, flat, hex, and torx) of Milwaukee bits that are 4-inches long to reach deep screws such on vacuum cleaners, power sports equipment, etc. Have a great week everybody!!! God Bless You All!!! :-)
Vince, thanks for this video. I was aware of taking the boxes apart and customizing the bits in each box. I just wish that Milwaukee would let us know about each improvement. Nice job and your work site looks good, especially with Plinko!!😂
I have frankensteined my go to box together from mutiple other layouts to maximize the space. But now I wonder what is the perfect layout, what layouts do other people find to be the very best for their needs. This could be very interesting if people sent in photos insta/fb to compare.
Hello again, Vince and Vcg Thank you for another Great Video 👍 I 'm always ready for better tool organization. It makes me a better mechanic. Again thank you 👍
Hey Vince I might just try a new set of Shockwave bits . I have a few sets of drill bits loose in its case . That was my biggest issue not able to easily pull them out
OMG! That cat is adorable!!! I have been happy with my Milwaukee bit kits. I have the gen 2 and they have served us well. I do think Makita kits are better and the case is also better for Makita.
Great tutorial my friend, I know a lot of people learned a thing or two about their shockwave bit driver boxes. Also you forgot to mention the newest gen boxes fit much better in the smaller pack out boxes if laid down open in those boxes!
Couple things- love the vid! The Packout bit boxes also fit in the shallow organizer if you open the case. And although the video is mainly about the cases, my biggest gripe about the new bits is that they’re breaking easily, it’s not just one set, it’s multiple. I’ve had 2 of the black coated bit sets that have lasted me the past 6+ years but they started becoming unorganized and obviously used, so I made the choice to upgrade to new and enjoy the benefits of the new boxes. So now instead of loving the bits and disliking the cases, I love the cases and dislike the bits 🙃🙃. Maybe on the next gen they can get both right!
I never got cut taking a bit out, but the retention was so tight the metal part that goes into the drill would stay in the case and I would just have the drill spiral head in my hand lol
Don't think I've ever had a milwaukee drill bit cut me while pulling it out but it is slightly uncomfortable trying to pop the tray up, even the little stubby bits i can pull out by hand it's not too bad but i can see where people with not great grip strength would really struggle or just bad hands.
I love Milwaukee impact and drill bits but have a love hate relationship with their older cases used to have a pull out the good ole Cresent wrench just to get them out and now with their new packout compatible cases I bought 5 empty cases and threw away the old cases
Am I the only one who liked the old ones better? This new one has a flimsy locking tab and my heavier bits are always falling out inside the case. I loved how the old ones held onto the bits and how robust the locking clasp was. When I “upgraded” I felt ripped off.
I’m only 20 seconds in but before i finish i have used 2 Milwaukee shockwave drill bit and they both broke over one time use and i can usher you that I wasn’t using it hard and I am a Milwaukee all the way kinda guy
My only gripe as a steel and general construction worker is that no kit has all long bits, t20, t25, #1,2,3, Philips bits, square plus some drill bits but all long for impact and drills, we don't use short bits, there useless for us.
That new retention system looks an awful lot like the Bosch pick and click system... Though they should have copied the way you can remove a row and click it onto the side of your drill rather than screwing it on.
I don’t know if it’s just my or what but your not addressing the week drill bits and I’m a be honest I’m only 14 and I broke the drill bit I wasn’t even using it hard
Sponsoring your own products is the first bad sign. The constant down talk/baby talk, where you openly mock other people's opinions, is the next and wins you a downvote in every way possible.
Stop Overpaying for DeWALT, FLEX, Ridgid, and Milwaukee Tool Batteries!

I actually purchased the shockwave drill and driver set when I purchased my drill and driver.
No complaints so far!

Trick to See Through Milwaukee Drill Bits Boxes!
@@VCGConstructionfor sure my friend, for sure! Lol
I love the beautiful cats! 😺😺
Milwaukee is tough to beat! 🤜💪
Thank you!
But can you put the bit set on the m12 impact?

Do you buy that many kits because the bits wear out or you just some of the bits?
Hello 👋 VCG
Love the video !!!!!
Thanks Stephen, as always I appreciate that!
I am not your typical diy guy but I like the red packaging boxes and white logo. XD
For no other reason than the cat going to thumbs up this video
Finding the G spot in the box? Priceless.
🤔
wow ty sir and I still like the red nailer lol
👍🏻
10:04 definitely a cool idea, but I like my magnetic aftermarket bit holder much better.
I never got cut taking a bit out, but the retention was so tight the metal part that goes into the drill would stay in the case and I would just have the drill spiral head in my hand lol
I usually keep my boxes when I’m about done with and put my Diablo plates or multi tool blades in them

Man those old cases were a pain to get the bits out sometimes. Especially in sub freezing temps
I see you Johnny 👀
Go Vince!
Real Nass-Like!😅
Thanks Redd, appreciate you!
👍 smashed bra' gracias

What is your favorite Makita, Dewalt, or Makita bit kits?
Am I the only one who liked the old ones better? This new one has a flimsy locking tab and my heavier bits are always falling out inside the case. I loved how the old ones held onto the bits and how robust the locking clasp was. When I “upgraded” I felt ripped off.
Milwaukee needs to take a page from DeWalts bit boxes. It would be nice if the bit boxes themselves locked together like dewalts and craftsmen
I’m only 20 seconds in but before i finish i have used 2 Milwaukee shockwave drill bit and they both broke over one time use and i can usher you that I wasn’t using it hard and I am a Milwaukee all the way kinda guy
Personally I use the bits from Temu. Highly magnetic and last a long time and a hell of a lot cheaper
How we missing , my man Vince clean shaving it up... mans updating that tinder profile pic..I SEE YOU VINCE!!
What?
I personally never liked hodgepodge type bit sets. I always preferred separate full sets of things.
Those little cuts ain't no joke when go to wash your hands in hot water 🔥 😫 😩 😑 🔥🔥🔥🔥
...SO this is why Milwaukee has been having sales on the other drill sets?
My only gripe as a steel and general construction worker is that no kit has all long bits, t20, t25, #1,2,3, Philips bits, square plus some drill bits but all long for impact and drills, we don't use short bits, there useless for us.

Everytime i stop by Vince’s arms get bigger I swear
I like your new look, the clean shave 🪒 makes ya look like you’re in your 20’s
Thanks
Flex tools bit ???

I came here for the cat 🐈
Yo Wtf Mr.Vince's beard left youtube videos bro aged forward 10 years 😆 🤣 😂.
00:20. Cẩn thận đấy, vì nó là mèo cam =))))))))))
all my tool are Milwaukee but for the kit bit Makita is much stronger in the long run
You lost me at the cat ✌🏼
Looooool i never cut my finger pulling out a drill bit. Nope. Not me never. *whistles*
old ones were so brittle, my bits would snap all the time
Ok. Totally wrong. Cat porn and tool porn in one video. WTH???
🤣🤣
Bro how'd you get my cat?
What’s its name?

Bit retention? Don't forget Dude, you are a body builder, Most of us are not working with 40 lbs of muscle on our arms.
Boxes inside boxes? Sounds like Milwaukee fanboy soyboy gear. Then you get to put two rainbow stickers on there!!!
Glad to see they copied Bosch
