It is funny the way people react to higher wisdom. I was at a wedding once. I was talking with a woman I had known a long time. Politics came up naturally. I said that I thought government was immoral and illogical. She asked how do you mean? I said I don't want to discuss this it will just end up in an argument or a debate, I'm at a wedding here to have fun. She pushed me twice to talk about it. I said ok. She said people have always self-organized. I said I don't know what you mean. I don't agree that government is just people self-organising. If you think that's what government is you need to tell me what you think the definition of government is, otherwise we think we're talking about the same thing and we're not and it's just a conversation on a road to nowhere. Her response was to literally act disgusted like I had just said it's ok for men to rape women or something. These are the children in adult bodies that are everywhere. Jesus said don't cast pearls before swine or give that which is holy to the dogs.

To say that all religion or form of spirituality leads back to the Lord God is to say there is no absolute truth. Jesus Christ is the only WAY. Chosen ones are chosen by Christ. Don’t need to go crazy in the gym , the exercises I do are laying in my bad no weights, search for PRI postural restoration institute here on yt. Feeling good is about your posture like the position of your neck shoulders, all your bones and muscles have some correct position and alignments in order to have the best circulation and metabolism.

THIS has been my experience. You'd think that if a person has a pattern of issues with others, that it must be them, but I am not going to be gaslighted, I am so kind and friendly, yet I've had multiple issues with others, that I had nothing to do with. I can't explain it, I try to learn what can I do better, but it's just not me, too many mentally ill peeps. Terry nails it here, I truly have lived this, I can't be alone here. Please someone tell me. Sometimes it makes me feel like I'm going crazy.

I cant stand people atm. Latetly, I have been getting competition whilst speaking. Like I am talking to the cashier while someone other guy is trying to talk louder and blur me out. Its really bizzare especially when I dont react and eventually they fade into background character mode. Dude really thought he was me ‘a chosen one’ for a second haha

Everything happens for a reason. I’m going to step up my working out and eating healthy starting now. I’m going to drink water instead of soda. 1.do bench press2.deadlifts 3. Squats 4.pull ups/chin ups 5. Shoulder press 6. Concentration curls 7. Lat pull downs 8. Tricep pull downs extra some dips . My biggest challenge in diet is getting enough protein. I weigh 190 lbs at age 46. My body fat is very bad maybe 20 percent maybe more. I would say as of right now maybe my max on bench press is 270 deadlif 400 and squat 350 which is awful. At my age should I consume 190 grams of protein? Or should I go .8 per per lb of body weight? Creatine adds a few reps but that much. It kind of hurts me cause I don’t drink enough water and I have kidney stones . Which also I think will be burdened by high protein diet. What would you advise?
Work out hard till failure and don’t over obsess about protein. Drink proper fluid amount. I typically drink about a gallon a day Eat clean nutritious foods when your hungry and don’t snack. Do cardio as much as you feel good doing
Today, I went to “Church” to volunteer to balance my energy out. Then somehow i entered in a room where people looked down on me, mocked me and never thought I’d seduce to life. I remember I used to always think what was wrong with me? Since I was a kid, and for some reason I think I’ve become stronger and better from any situation even from hardships that I couldn’t believe I would get thru.
I used to be so adaptable and feeling had no problems with the world and the way of life, but not anymore, it’s even so hard to date, get new friends, or anything that involves any kind of socialization, I get better company with myself and my dog lol

I'm from Brooklyn, moved to the woods. Once I step outside ( even had a stranger knock on my door to say she wanted to let me know my guinea pigs got out😂) I attract people. Especially this last week people approach me to just talk. I'm used to it but past weeks been intense, maybe because the upgrades in experiencing that I need rest but energies are intense. Just got a download a bit ago that the time for intercession is over. Fasted prayed and not only broke my own generational curses but others as well. Didn't think this spiritual warfare could kick up worse but it's different now. Sides have been chosen and seals given. We will all reap what we sow this is separation between wheat and tares. I'd hope I did make ADONAI my most high abiding in his ways. I pray for discernment for us all and most if all mercy. Have a great day❤..

Ain't even gonna hold you, getting more physically attractive might have been the worst thing to happen for my everyday life 🙃. Interactions with strangers have fallen off a cliff. Even family has been moving funny. Guys that used to be glad to see me see their girlfriends/wives hugging me longer than usual. I was already, smart, well travelled, tall. People were mad but nobody cared. The SECOND you starting looking better is when they lose it. I think it shows our true animalistic nature.
