I really like your attitude about workplace environment being something your responsible for. That is a real man. Its sad so many men are afraid of appearing weak for admiring something good about another man. Appreciation is more important then possession, especially in relationships. I am disabled, and it makes me mad when friends have to quit work places because of social toxicity ruining the simplest of jobs that should otherwise be easy and stress free. It really makes me happy knowing that communism is loosing hold where you work at. If our society made efforts on relationships and not just "working" they would be making their work work for them like you are. You don't go to work just for yourself your not just "surviving" your LIVING :) I think its similar to the known saying that if we don't work at what we like then we make ourselves miserable. I work at taking care of myself so I can get quality of life with health issues, its no different for those with jobs. Many young men don't take care of themselves or organize their lives and feel self defeated when they don't get the highest paying job. My partner makes things himself repairs his own stuff etc, he saves money on a lot of things just with skill. Anyways, I'm rambling now lolz. It truly inspires me though to see those words "I go to work everyday and do the best I can to make my place of employment better" you remind me of my gratitude to the commitment of people who work a lot in my family. I have worked before, I know how hard it can be to fit in things you have to do for hygene and functioning relationships. I have taken my time I was given to explore reality on a philosophical journey that was in the shit back in the day when danger was real and death was physical. I gained it all because I risked it all :) Your not a failure, that attitude at work would make you a great father without even having kids. Seriously that attitude is great in fathers. Your awesome don't let anyone fool you otherwise.
as kids we learn from many adult examples in our community outside immediate family, you could be inspiring someone seeing you living your life the way you do and being inspired, even if you never meet. Hard working men that make an effort to be decent to others in a society that hates love, that is GOLD. I love thinking about my next life and how challenging it could be if I get born into a healthier body, its easy to fall prey to the demands and expectations of others in a different way then when we have less health. I appreciate strong men who don't cave into easy ways out of things because its easy. For me as a man for example, I try to live to a great challenge, living around bad people without having to kill them. Killing is easy, working towards harmony in an environment of mistrust is definitely challenging. I must be a glutton for punishment because I want to try to do it without violence. Training in violence makes it easier to distinguish and to discern until confidence is at one with Christ.

I agree most women act like this now, but not all women. There are good women out there. It's extremely rare to find a pretty woman that is pretty inside and out. Might have to settle for one that's a bit more homely, natural looking, but is a hard worker and has a good heart. You should be looking for what is in the inside, not what is in the outside. Why should a man care for what society tells men to be a certain way? Why should men care about what other men talk about?
