I made this (minus the top layer because my pan was too small) and it was delicious!!! Since I'm the only one doing Keto in my family, I cut up single serving sizes, wrapped and froze them. This freezes very well, and thaws equally well. I loved eating it semi-frozen as well as thawed. The chocolate with the strawberries (I had to use them up so I sliced them in half and put them along the edges like I've seen in your other videos) tasted so good together! I want to make this again now that I have the correct sized pan. Thanks for these wonderful recipes! 🍓❤

I didn't have enough regular chocolate, so I had to use a Stover's chocolate bar with coconut in it and a couple of Stover's chocolate mints to make up the difference. Well, that was different..... but it worked!

I piped the ganache on in star pattern as it was thicker than it was supposed to be but it was real pretty. Wish I could share the picture with you. I will definitely make this again. Thanks! 💕

I've made this recipe and it is really, really, good. However, for the German taste (I'm living in Germany) it is WAY to sweet. I will have to try and reduce the sweetness next time I make it. Thanks for posting and sharing :)
Did the quantities work for you? For the mousse I used 125 ml whipped cream and 40 gram of mascarpone because we do not have heavy cream like in America. Of course I had added the yolks, chocolate, etc but then I found out I did not have enough mousse. It did not even fill up the pan half way. I bought the exact same pan online so I don’t understand. 🙄
I made this last night and it was delicious. I did have to adjust a few of the ingredients, as my almond crust came out a bit more liquidy than pictured. I also had to adjust the chocolate in my recipe, as I used only 100% cocoa Baker’s bar. I will have to order the milk chocolate sugar free bar online...and I’ll definitely try it again. Thanks for the recipe.
