Concrete Crack Repair , Resurface - DIY - Making a skateable surface using hydraulic cement

In this video I use hydraulic cement to resurface and repair some cracks in our concrete pad. I plan to use that pad as a surface to practice aggressive inline skate tricks. I just need to be able to freely roll up to the rail. The process used was cheap and effective. It's a temporary do it yourself solution that anyone can do.
