In this part, we go on a little legendary hunt on one of the most cryptic side-quests in the series... until you realize you only really need to know braille to do it.
And we get a bonus Regi afterwards.

13:29 One thing I love to do is catch Legendary Pokémon with standard Pokéballs, and this was the first game I started doing that. Thanks to the Capture O-power, it was all the easier.

@@zacharyjoy8724 If they’re gonna give you a game mechanic that doesn’t penalize you for using it nor indicate it’s use thereby cheapening it, why not?
@@JJ_R Right? Besides, I abused the heck out of it in the Alola games, in order to catch the harder Pokémon (particularly the Legendaries).
-Fun fact, the ruins had different requirements to open them in Emerald. The Sealed Chamber requires Relicanth and Wailord's positions to be opposite how they are in Ruby, Sapphire, and ORAS, the Desert Ruins requires you to walk left (instead of right) and down and use Rock Smash (instead of Strength), the Island Cave requires you to make a lap around the edge of the cave, and the Ancient Tomb requires you to use Flash in the middle (instead of Fly).
-While the normal Regi Trio can be unsealed and encountered as soon as you have Dive, Regigigas requires you to defeat Groudon/Kyogre first. Also, apparently Regigigas can only be encountered during the daytime, not at night.
Also, I'm curious to see what makes you think ORAS's Victory Road is the easiest.
To answer that preemptively, it’s pretty much a straight line.
I don't know if that can just happen during the daytime or whenever it wants to, because I mean I did follow all the instructions from the paperback that I currently have and what the video said but Regigigas still doesn't appear on my Omega Ruby game. I mean I've tried everything that I could do in order to battle Regigigas, but nothing has been working, even trying to talk to the little girl for a certain story in Pacifidlog Town too.

0:38 Surfing on a Wailord that's gotta be like the party bus of Pokemon to surf on. I mean you can put a blanket on top of it, lay down, get a nice little lunch spread going. I mean there's just so much potential there.
The TM for Dig is especially precious in the original games thanks to the Sealed Chamber.

21:35 Okay I get the thought process behind the first condition but what the heck was the thought process behind the other two? They're kind of oddly random to say the least.
And Masuda thought the Azure Flute event was too cryptic for players....the irony. Also, why does Regigigas prefer Regice as implied by the obtainment method in this game (arguably even more cryptic than the Braille, as who would think you would need to get a Casteliacone and nickname Regice while returning to said Pokemon's chamber (not my first thought personally as the former of the two conditions has nothing to do with the Regis at all)).
Makes me wonder what will be done with the Azure Flute in BDSP
The Regis are EASILY my favorite Legendary Group...Helps so much with two more in SwSh :D
They were always some of my favorites and I really liked the two new Regis that were introduced in Sword and Shield this year too alongside the originals

Called it! But I thought you couldn’t get Regigigas until the postgame? Oh well, not the first time I’ve been wrong (and it won’t be the last, either). 😓
Also, good for you, translating *all* that Braille! You’re actually the first person I know who ever bothered.
Regigigas requires you to at least defeat Groudon/Kyogre, much like other National Pokedex encounters. Also, it apparently can only be obtained during the daytime.
@@bigrockerending7711 Ah! Thanks for clearing that up. It’s the collection of *other* Legendary Pokémon, mostly, that you have to wait for.

Hey Hawlo, I have a request. Beat the champion by Episode 50 so the main storyline can end on a round number….. if it’s a random number like 49 or 51 it would bother me so much!!
Yeah sadly it’s gonna be on 49 :/ I have nothing else to do to fill another part. But I could try to finish it on 48.
