Very nicely shown recipe. I make it with green chillies, ginger garlic paste and black pepper powder..all other ingredients similar to yours. That also comes out well and will be almost black in coloyr. A semi gravy version can be made by grinding roasted onions, garlic, ginger and green chillies into a paste. Add cumin powder, pepper powder, Dhania powder and garam masala.
@@SimplyAnn_ If you add coriander as a garnish to something curry-like, it makes sense, but adding coriander as a garnish to something that is fried is a total letdown. It underwhelms the richness of the dish.
@@Vasanthignanavel The way of you cook that recipe it's wrong You have magnate gizar first then add masala after fry onion then add your magnate gizar You add first gizar then masla where your masla roast.?
I like this recipe. Nice presentation. Thanks for sharing this gizzard recipe.
Thanks for liking

Nice gizzard recipe!!! big thank!! Gizzard is so popular in China as well, I have made a chinese version of it, if anyone interested in welcome!
A really nice recipe! I am a new cook and did not have fennel powder and coriander, but against all odds it still came out well. :)

This must be a Guinness World Record to cook gizzards in 12 minutes. Just not happening! They will be tough as the bottom of my Nike shoe… 🤦🏻♂️
When you over Cook chicken it will goes hard like your shoes
Soft and juicy chicken cooking time is 7- 9 min
Gizzard cooking time is 10-15 min

True
It's called garnishing. Read about it.
@@SimplyAnn_ now I’m gonna learn from you? Bruh! It’s a useless garnish
