I have like 700+ hours played in BF4 and never knew about the base TUGS. That's pretty neat.

I have over 2000 hours into BF4 across the platforms and the only thing I didn't know about was the Grenadier with the M32 MGL tip.
DAN SHAM I remember using it on Metro a few months ago and seeing it had more ammo than usual but had no clue it was because of the perk.

little extra secret: If you go up to an airdrop crate, select the class you have equipped, which saves you time and restocks all your ammo immediately.

+Alexander LTArkel it also works if you have the get 50% more ammo specialization and you pick up the m82a3, you get an extra mag.

Just a bit of a clarification for console users, to exit a TV missile hold the exit vehicle button
That's not the best idea, because if the TV missile times out or explodes as you try to do that, it will make you exit the vehicle. The best thing to do is hit the change seat button, it works the same but there's zero chance you will exit the vehicle :)
AERO BLKHWK32 That actually works? I've always thought the only way to do it was the exit vehicle button.
+Misterjay as far as Xbox goes, yes, both ways work. Although I have not personally done it on Playstation because I've never played it on Playstation, but my guess would be that it is the same

This is why the next Battlefield needs a thorough tutorial mode and perhaps even a youtube series on the official channel explaining various mechanics and giving tips and tricks to get better.
all this helps the community to get better and more knowledgeable about the game they're playing
+MartianGeneral I think a fully co-op campaign that showcases the core mechanics of BF would be great, and could really help new players etc.
+MartianGeneral this...this is actually a fantastic idea espacially the youtube-series. And with things like the CTE and free content updates for BF4 in mind, that showed that EA/Dice in the end actually listened to the players this might actually happen.

The next battlefield needs to be FIXED before launch.

Camomano99 I think I successfully landed a chopper once, largely due to luck. Although I do have fun shooting down choppers, as I took one down recently in Conquest who was using a Little Bird and he lost to my SMAW twice.
Does it reload automatically if you do this or do you have to press a button manually?
Monochrome Its one shot and then long reload. Its like RPG, but little bit less power but fires in a more accurate line. So yeah, its automatic.

Same i was wondering
lol the Deagle didn't destroy the vehicle, he previously damaged the vehicle to below 10 health causing it to be on fire and blow up because it wasn't being repaired. Notice how he didn't get hitmarkers with the Deagle and in the kill feeds (personal and the top right) it says 'KILLED' instead of 'Deagle'

Not just any gun, though. Magnum, sniper rifle, DMR, shotgun slug, or any explosive. Or, the best option, the bow.

2018 the game is past its prime. But the ones that realise that this is the BEST OVERALL MODERN FPS SHOOTER ON CONSOLE TO DATE play it every day gleefully.

Knifing the person knifing your teammate will cancel the animation and save your teammate. You can also use impact grenades to knock the doors off the MRAP.

how about some more
- if you switch seats or exit a vehicle, you will remove your spot. hop in and out of a chopper real quick for a huge advantage while spotted. it takes some practice, but you can do it mid firefight eventually width issue
-if you're spotted as infy, throw a smoke and it will take the Dorito and mm marker away. put away the nades, smoke only boys
- you can edit your prof file to give access to hiden menus and settings, as well as creating a config file(which is separate)
-you can steer while in air, kinda like csgo. hold a to go left d to go right. and if you hold s while you push space, you can deploy your parachute about 2 feet from the ground and be fine
-you should remove the auto deploy parachute option in settings. seriously, do it. that way you don't tell the whole world there's a spawn beacon by opening 100' in the air
-you can change setting orders to the comrose so you can spot around flags and not set false orders. turn off contextual based orders in settings.
- if there is a commander, don't stand by the crate to supply, reselect your kit and resupply everything instantly (including rpg,c4, noob tube, noobburst).
-your perks are built off squad actions like following orders. these are extremely overpowered and underutilized. double the number of RPGs is pretty huge, as is instant 100 revives
- the small med bag is better if you aren't a pussy. use the small bag with a big bag for double speed healing.
-the secondary gunner of the tanks, lavs and transport don't damage armor. seriously, stop fucking shooting at tanks and highlighting your position for the whole world
- commander crates heal vehicles
-tanks and lav gunners have a soflam, but it's a shitty option unless your team is running the scrub 2000 loadout(aka guided)
-zuzu jumping still works, if you don't know what it is, Google it. relaa will show you the ways of the zuzu
-on sunken dragon D flag, top level. if you Sprint at the wall between the two containers you will fall down a level. very handy ;)

But i don't quite get the parachute part, so do i hold s for an auto chute deploy near the ground or it will just prevent me from dying if i deploy it too close to the ground?

+Roach6195 I probably worded it weird. what I mean is, if you hold s as you push space-bar, you can deploy much lower to the ground. S slows your decent and w speeds it up, so when you hold s as you deploy, it slows you down instantly so you can deploy much lower than normal. it's a thing you have to practice. works on console too, just hold back on the analog stick as you hit x(I think x is deploy, sorry haven't played on console in a while).
and yeah, they said they fixed zuzu jumping in the last patch, they didn't.

Stickbo I mostly use the combo with a squadmate in larger maps like Golmud Railway. Zavod 311 doesn't really work for it.

Aren't you supposed to be invincible during the animation tho? I can always kill the enemy if he is knifing my friendly tho.Only if the friendly has the upper hand. Like in frontal knifing and the friendly counters it.
its only when they are in a knife fight that they are invincible

You can destroy the enemy's Commander Supply Crate with a few tank rounds or similar artillery. Very useful if you're sure your team can't get any use from it.

I figured out the heli-fire-reload trick a while back when i used to play air-superiority all the time. I quit playing for a while due to a toasted GPU/CPU, but recently started playing again on console. I totally forgot about this trick... Thanks frags!!!
