The last one you showed in the tunnels appears to be a placeholder tiling texture, or it is the same door texture just mirrored with a placeholder material over it. And it could also be an easter egg seeing as it was hidden slightly.

I have had the Alien dog tag on for the longest time now. Don't plan on ever changing it now its just really awesome.
I can confirm that this is a real easter egg and I have observed it myself. I was just walking around C flag on Propaganda for no good reason other than for a good jog when suddenly a UFO appeared above me. The bottom of it opened up and slowly I began to ascend in a beam of light. Inside the UFO was the BF4 developers who told me that they were leaving Earth in search of another planet to fill their bug filled games with, and that they needed me to post videos on TH-cam saying that they were good. Temping as their offer was I couldn't face working with those who had made my BF4 gaming experience miserable so I grabbed the CEO of Dice by the neck, jumped out of the UFO and pile drived him straight through the Earth to Australia where I have been writing this comment. #ufo4sho

I'm not exactly sure what you mean in regards to the doors, but if you're talking about the mirrored patterns in the center, that is just a common way in 3D game art to save texture space for your assets. Textures usually need to fit inside a 1:1 square called UVs and by having two assets that are geometrically identical you can save space by letting the geometry share the same UV space. UV shells are flat 2D representations of a 3D model that allows you to paint textures on them. When you have two identical assets but one is flipped (like with these doors), and then you paint textures on them, this is what you get. It’s kinda like copying a picture in Photoshop and then flipping it and putting it next to the original. The advantage is that you can fit more into the UV space, a disadvantage is that you end up with less texture variation. Source: I'm a 3D artist.
Agreed with your there. the Asset used is a door. And if you have to explode a barrel to see the full door that means the door will change into the explosive state. Because of the two doors its just a flipped texture. Map? I don't believe so

I'm not sure if this ties in to anything but on flood zone there is a Muriel on a concrete wall it has 3 aliens and a astronaut suit with a face of a skull and it is pretty much hard to miss. Hope this can be any help and I really like your videos
I might be wrong but that pattern on the door resembles a skeleton of some sort most likely a big ifs by the lack of legs and arms and I think it might be a link to the megaladon and the map in dragons teeth

I saw the UFO In Flood Zone! I got a kind of good look at it. it was like the Millenium Falcon in some sort of triangular shape, and it wont over the map in around 2-3 seconds. I got to see it because I was sniping someone up in the tall towers and I was at the bridge. sadly I didnt record it or anything
it could be the Millennium Falcon or it could be a Snowspeeder from Hoth. Me personally, i think its a Snowspeeder because it's shape pretty much matches the description of the sightings.

On 3:41 on the video where the tallest building is at just right next to it there's a floating room don't know if that has anything to do with it! You have to have a sniper rifle to see 14x scope or higher!
