Dulu saya tengok resepi watan ho yg chef buat dkt 5rencah5rasa. Dah lebih 10x saya buat, makan dgn isteri dan 2 anak kecil sy. Watan ho dr chef dah jd favourite dish kami. Sekarang saya akan cuba yg ni pulak. Belum try tp sy yakin mesti sedap‼️ Teruskan buat video² lg chef (Terutama chinese cuisine friendly version 😂) sy penonton setia 5rencah5rasa sejak sekian lama. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Last i had it,it was March 2020 before covid 19 goes wild in Malaysia. 2 years! 😔😭 Now i became sceptical whether to order tapau,let alone dine in. I am going to keep this vid. Most welcome, it’s one of those dishes that I would never takeout coz it’s a dish where you have to eat it immediately. So best solution, make it at home :)

Bro , anytime when i eat Cantonese Beef Char Kuey Teow ,other than , the soup and side-condiments always looked at how they cooked the beef , soft-thick and juicy . That's the bom 😅😄
Most definitely you can, just that it would alter the taste of the dish. In this dish the spring onion is supposed to be the vege and put enough of it for the taste to be pronounced too :)
actually kalau daging hiris nipis mcm tu, goreng guna api kuat sampai bertukar warna je dah cukup. Daging akan lembut sangat berbanding potong tebal lepastu masak lama. Nnt jadi liat.
