Great video! I am wondering how it's going to work for food that's dipped in and coated with flour&egg batter (liquidy and dripping) such as buttermilk fried wings and batter-fried cauliflowers. Would they remain well-coated with batter? Would it get messy?
The frying tray and the drip pan are both coated in a nonstick material. Any batter or coated residues from food can be easy cleaned off. For dipped or battered foods, we recommend placing them in the fridge for a quick freeze before placing it in the fryer. That way most of the batters, seasonings and sauces will stick to the food when frying.
