    Great video! We will be in Europe during May, 2025, and the Interrail passes look like they will be much cheaper than buying the tickets separately. We'll be in England and France and using a train for four days over a two week period. Thanks!

      You definitely could! I’ve had friends who have done it before! There’s a lot to see in Paris tho so if you have the time I’d recommend spending a night or two :)

    Great video! I live in Tamil Nadu, India. I love trains. Only thing that I don't understand is why are European trains, especially the international ones so very expensive. Over here, where I live, trains even in the highest class of travel, are generally priced less than even budget flights. I think most people fly from Paris to London not because the flight is convenient but because it is cheaper. Yes, it is possible to book cheap train journeys if you decide well in advance and do a lot of research. I really don't understand why on most occasions this train ticket more than a flight. That is just insane. I think they either make the train cheaper or if that is not possible, make the flights more expensive, like increase the emission tax for airplanes.

      @@DelfinaKS i agree! I think the majority of trains in Europe are more expensive than taking a flight, which defeats the purpose

    Great video! However, bear in mind that Interrail passes are only available to citizens of Europe. If you are not a citizen of Europe, then you must get the Eurail pass instead.

    • @SheRunTheWorld
      @SheRunTheWorld  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yeah! It explicitly says it on the website so people can make the right choice when purchasing :) I just bought one myself!

    When I go to book the 4 day Flexi pass it says "You can only travel with an Interrail Pass if you live in Europe"..is this new?

    • @SheRunTheWorld
      @SheRunTheWorld  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Interrail is for Europeans, Eurail is for people who live outside of Europe. So just click the Eurail pass instead- it’s the same thing I just used the Eurail pass last week!

    Can u book 2/3/4 seats together or not? Is it random allocation?

    • @SheRunTheWorld
      @SheRunTheWorld  11 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      However many tickets you buy together is how many seats will be placed together. You don’t pay extra for seats or get randomly allocated, you’re always next to the other ticket(s) you buy

    Do I need a Schengen visa, if I am travelling to Paris via train? Or, My UK BRP will work for that?

    • @SheRunTheWorld
      @SheRunTheWorld  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@sankhabratasaha2770 your UK BRP won’t help in Paris! So if you are a passport holder from a country that requires a Schengen visa, you’ll need to get that before you visit France. Check their government website to double check!

    Hi, I am an international traveller going to take the Eurostar from St Pancras, London to Gare du Nord, Paris. When I arrive at St Pancras, I join the queue and it will lead me to the check in counter? The counter staff will issue me the Eurostar ticket and tag my luggage?

    • @SheRunTheWorld
      @SheRunTheWorld  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You should get your ticket online as a QR code and you don’t get your luggage tagged. So right when you show up to St Pancras you just scan your ticket, go through security, and board the train!

  • @ZarinaMedia
    @ZarinaMedia 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Can you show luggage allowed size?

    • @SheRunTheWorld
      @SheRunTheWorld  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Each person is allowed a large suitcase and a carry-on size. Although I’ve never seen anyone check someone’s luggage so I’m sure you could bring whatever you want!

    If you haven't bought any Metro passes and you are waiting in a long line at Gare du Nord metro station to get a ticket, consider walking the short distance to Magenta Station (its almost in the same building) and get your Metro tickets there. There will be no line!
