I received a sample of the mascara from sephora and first time applying happened to me as well. But the more I played around with it I grew to love it. You really have to take your time with it to get it on the lashes. It builds very easily, so I never double dip the wand! Whatevers on the wand the first time you dipped works well enough for one eye 😊
My generation look back on our blue eyeshadow in the 80's and wonder how we could have. Red and pink eyeshadow is going to become the millennials's version of this...LOL!

Red & orange shadows are your JAM! Your eyes are extra green 😘 Also with the mascara, it seems like a really wet formula so it might be better in a few days. But in the meantime if you use just a light coat it should be ok. Your lashes looked great after just a few swipes, too much wet product makes them clump together

That mascara looks terrible! You may know this already, but if your mascara clumps you can pour micellar water on a spoolie and then run it through your lashes. It REALLY helps!

I basically never wear falsies either, pretty much because I don’t need them so there’s no point lol, just like you. I love that NARS palette. I’ve had a Sephora MUA do an eye look on me with it, but I haven’t bought it because it reminds me so much of the small Huda palette in Mauve, which I have already.

Really wanted to love that mascara...bought a travel size the day of the launch (as I always do with new high end mascaras) and it clumped like crazy and immediately pulled the curl out of my lashes. I did like it for the lower lash line though. But that’s it!

you have to try the tom ford illuminating cream duo !! THE BEST CREAM BRONZER! and you need to try the chanel loose powder in rose clair 22, its pink! the best for dry skin! does not crease under your eyes or get flaky and cakey, very natural looking ! those 2 are GREAT !
You should check out the new Lancôme Skin Feels Good Skin Tint. I know you like skin tints and this one is SUPER hydrating (has hyaluronic acid) and is super glowy/dewy with a really decent coverage for a skin tint!

pro tip: if you need to brush out mascara clumping, brush from behind while also pushing down. then brush the regular way to get your curl back.
