I watch reviews because the people I like to watch happen to post them and I trust them but I never search a specific product on youtube and watch the first random review that comes up. I just like to watch people I like apply makeup ^^ (also that hair is everything)

It doesnt have to be all your favorites wither, it can be really helpful to see what doent work or if something usually doesnt work but you find a primer that fixes it.

When I was in 9th grade was when my city JUST got a MAC counter in our local Macy's and i look back on that first purchase fondly bc it was back before it became a well known cult fav product. I was obsessed with flipping through seventeen, vogue, Marie claire magazines etc. And I wanted to immulate that dewy glass like skin starting at age 13. Not much has changed!🤷♀️ I'm 31 so my taste in makeup is still the same for the most part.

Naked 2 was the first eye shadow palette I ever purchased. I threw it out recently because it was old and I wasn't using it. Then I ended up re-purchasing it because it just has a special place in my heart lol.
nars radiant creamy concealer is literally my ride or die. i switched to the nars soft matte concealer for a minute there but picked up my creamy concealer again and remembered why i love it so much! i literally have a bunch of concealers in my sephora loves that ive thought of trying but never seem to purchase them bc i just cant imagine myself ever loving anything more than my nars radiant!! if it aint broke dont fix it, right?

It's funny how I have a similar MAC experience as you. I had my first job at McDonald's when I was 16, in the early Michelle Phan TH-cam years, and when I got my first (and last) paycheck (because I only worked there 3 days), I ran over to MAC and bought the face and body foundation. It was my first makeup item, ever!! Now fast forward to today, at 25 years old, I went to MAC last week and bought a new face and body foundation! Ohhhhh how life comes full circle! The Lorac Pro Palette was my very first eyeshadow palette that I ever purchased, even before Urban Decay! And yes, I still have it even though I have hit or cleaned out almost every pan. It is still one that I always go back to. This video was such a trip down memory lane, thank you!

The oldest makeup palette that I have is the Too Faced palette where the shadows are in pans that are shaped like hearts? That was my first "high end" palette purchase and I will keep it forever! I love the reddish brown shade in there (I've never used the hot pink shade.. ). I really like these videos! It inspires me to pull out that palette again.

The Balm is still out there and they still make Mary Louminizer. In the states they sell it in Kohl’s stores and online. They also sell Lorac there too. Lorac released a Beauty and the Beast themed collection last year and I was obsessed
I'd love to see a video about your favorite "non-palette-shadows" (single powder, cream, and stick shadows)! I realized I have very few palettes (mostly quads) because I don't see the point of getting something I won't use fully, since I never like all the shades in a palette. And singles are so easy to travel with!
nars radiant creamy concealer is an absolute FAV! I recently switched to the Nyx dupe of it because of being a broke uni student, but I've repurchased the Nars one 4? times now and will definitely be going back once I have the money. super great match, buildable, doesn't irritate my skin, and works well with my dry eczema and oily t-zone
I use to use the Nars concealer religiously then I tried the Kaja concealer, and it is now my everyday concealer. It is med-full coverage. I found that the Nars concealer creased on me alot but the Kaja one will last all day and never crease! Highly recommend

I was a hard core radiant creamy concealer fan and I ditched it for the Bobbi brown instant full cover. I set it with Laura Mercier secret brightening powered and it’s positively heavenly!
I absolutely adore Lorac Pro 2 (I still use it), Clinique Dramatically Different Lipstick in Tenderheart (worn on my wedding day in 2002), and Stila single eyeshadows, particularly the shade Golightly (I mostly preferred Stila single shadows to Mac’s when palettes weren’t yet a thing and we were all building singles collections). Oh, and Mary Lou-Manizer. I still use it from time to time.
The Lorac 2 palette is still my favorite tied with Too Faced Chocolate bar palette. I seriously don't even need anything but those two. I love them both so much! Lorac is still here in the US. I feel like I look like I have a terminal illness like TB or something when I wear warm eyeshadows. Somehow it makes me look like I'd cough blood into a hankie and cry bloody tears. I like cooler shadows on me.

Luminous silk and Nars radiant concealer are what I wore on my wedding day. They were my favorites. I've recently switched to Mac face and body and Nars soft matte, but after seeing it on you I'm sure I will return to it soon! They are just classics for a reason! I'm also holding on to my mac warm soul with the old packaging and using it sparingly, I dread the day I run out!!
My oldest eyeshadow palette is the Kat Von D Shade and Light eyeshadow palette. It was my first big Sephora purchase, and I've had it for three years now. :) I've hit pan on 2 shades and I'll probably hit pan on more soon.
First purchase from MAC was a mylar eyeshadow. My high end products of choice waaayy back were Lise Watier. Rexall drug stores (you have a few in Downtown TO) carry the Balm. Khols in the US have it too. The Nars concealer is the best...

i’ve actually also just returned to the radiant creamy concealer and felt the same! i do find the shades (even as they expand more and more) just don’t quiiite suit me. i’ve tried a new colour and find it oxides a fair bit throughout the day, but i am oily. that being said i’m loving it and don’t know why i stopped. i am now wanting to try the soft matte again. AND the makeup forever HD concealer...
I LOVE the first Lorac palette and actually have 2 of them because I hit pan on 5 colors and found a new one at Nordstrom Rack for $9.99 !!! I also have the second one but never did get the third. They are so buttery and blendable and the colors are perfection. You can get Lorac palettes at Kohl's in the U.S. for $42.00.
I started using the nars concealer a few weeks ago, I don‘t really like it under my eyes but I really loove it for spot concealing or covering the redness. For under my eyes I now use the Jouer High Coverage Concealer, looove it.
I used my original Lorac Pro palette the other day for the first time in forever (it was my very first high end makeup product - got it for Christmas), and it was so nice! Totally forgot how blendable it is. I’ve never gotten rid of it because I used it for my wedding, and now I want to use it more!
I have been using the radiant creamy concealer for years. I have tried several times to go drugstore, or even just cheaper at Sephora, but absolutely nothing beats it. The price kills me but I just suck it up because it's one of my truest loves in this life.

Actually I bought the Lorac 3 palette fairly recently on your recommendation but I think I’ve only used it once. My eyeshadow palette craze started about two years ago and since then I’ve accumulated about 50😱My fave so far is probably the Pat McGrath Mothership V. However, I do have some Chanel quads still from circa 2004, which I cannot bear to throw out for sentimental reasons xx
I've been using Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer for as long as I can remember! I believe it was Tanya Burr who first introduced it to me on her channel and I've been in love with it ever since (I want to say 5 years ago). I normally just use the concealer plus the Nars pot concealer (the one for the under eyes) for my every day skin and I don't bother with foundation! It works for me and I love it but I'm always still looking for so,etching new but I keep coming back to Nars!💓
I’m currently using the Nars RCC every day but I’m trying to use it up and start using ONLY light/sheer coverage concealers! I found out I don’t like full coverage!

i completely ditched both the nars radiant creamy + soft matte for bare minerals' bareskin concealer. i have a feeling you'd LOVE that, it literally makes your face so glowy, without slipping and sliding all over the place, plus it has high coverage!

I have been using my lumi glotion all over my face and doing spot concealing with my nars soft matte concealer and I love the way my skin looks with it! I don’t even need foundation. I think you would love the Tom Ford shade and illuminate cream bronzer/highlighting duo. It’s expensive but amazing 😍 I use shade intensity 01.

i still go for my nars radiant creamy concealer. its just the perfect consistency for me. not too thick, good coverage and sooo easy to blend. ugh i love it so much.

To me, the final eye look seems to be more on the cool tone neutral side!! I’ve been diving into cool tones more lately and they’ve been making their way back into the world
I was a hard core radiant creamy concealer fan and I ditched it for the Bobbi brown instant full cover. I set it with Laura Mercier secret brightening powered and it’s positively heavenly!
I absolutely adore Lorac Pro 2 (I still use it), Clinique Dramatically Different Lipstick in Tenderheart (worn on my wedding day in 2002), and Stila single eyeshadows, particularly the shade Golightly (I mostly preferred Stila single shadows to Mac’s when palettes weren’t yet a thing and we were all building singles collections). Oh, and Mary Lou-Manizer. I still use it from time to time.
The Lorac 2 palette is still my favorite tied with Too Faced Chocolate bar palette. I seriously don't even need anything but those two. I love them both so much! Lorac is still here in the US. I feel like I look like I have a terminal illness like TB or something when I wear warm eyeshadows. Somehow it makes me look like I'd cough blood into a hankie and cry bloody tears. I like cooler shadows on me.

Luminous silk and Nars radiant concealer are what I wore on my wedding day. They were my favorites. I've recently switched to Mac face and body and Nars soft matte, but after seeing it on you I'm sure I will return to it soon! They are just classics for a reason! I'm also holding on to my mac warm soul with the old packaging and using it sparingly, I dread the day I run out!!
My oldest eyeshadow palette is the Kat Von D Shade and Light eyeshadow palette. It was my first big Sephora purchase, and I've had it for three years now. :) I've hit pan on 2 shades and I'll probably hit pan on more soon.

First purchase from MAC was a mylar eyeshadow. My high end products of choice waaayy back were Lise Watier. Rexall drug stores (you have a few in Downtown TO) carry the Balm. Khols in the US have it too. The Nars concealer is the best...

i’ve actually also just returned to the radiant creamy concealer and felt the same! i do find the shades (even as they expand more and more) just don’t quiiite suit me. i’ve tried a new colour and find it oxides a fair bit throughout the day, but i am oily. that being said i’m loving it and don’t know why i stopped. i am now wanting to try the soft matte again. AND the makeup forever HD concealer...
I LOVE the first Lorac palette and actually have 2 of them because I hit pan on 5 colors and found a new one at Nordstrom Rack for $9.99 !!!
I also have the second one but never did get the third. They are so buttery and blendable and the colors are perfection. You can get Lorac palettes at Kohl's in the U.S. for $42.00.
I started using the nars concealer a few weeks ago, I don‘t really like it under my eyes but I really loove it for spot concealing or covering the redness. For under my eyes I now use the Jouer High Coverage Concealer, looove it.
Rexall in Toronto sells TheBalm! I’ve seen the brand at location at Bathurst and College, and the one on Queen and University. xx.
I’ve moved on to the Jouer concealer from the NARS one. I love it. So full coverage and the price is spot on.
I used my original Lorac Pro palette the other day for the first time in forever (it was my very first high end makeup product - got it for Christmas), and it was so nice! Totally forgot how blendable it is. I’ve never gotten rid of it because I used it for my wedding, and now I want to use it more!

I have been using the radiant creamy concealer for years. I have tried several times to go drugstore, or even just cheaper at Sephora, but absolutely nothing beats it. The price kills me but I just suck it up because it's one of my truest loves in this life.

Actually I bought the Lorac 3 palette fairly recently on your recommendation but I think I’ve only used it once. My eyeshadow palette craze started about two years ago and since then I’ve accumulated about 50😱My fave so far is probably the Pat McGrath Mothership V. However, I do have some Chanel quads still from circa 2004, which I cannot bear to throw out for sentimental reasons xx
I've been using Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer for as long as I can remember! I believe it was Tanya Burr who first introduced it to me on her channel and I've been in love with it ever since (I want to say 5 years ago). I normally just use the concealer plus the Nars pot concealer (the one for the under eyes) for my every day skin and I don't bother with foundation! It works for me and I love it but I'm always still looking for so,etching new but I keep coming back to Nars!💓

i completely ditched both the nars radiant creamy + soft matte for bare minerals' bareskin concealer. i have a feeling you'd LOVE that, it literally makes your face so glowy, without slipping and sliding all over the place, plus it has high coverage!
I still use nars radiant creamy! And I can find the balm at rexall in Ottawa so I bet you’ll find it in Toronto!

I have been using my lumi glotion all over my face and doing spot concealing with my nars soft matte concealer and I love the way my skin looks with it! I don’t even need foundation. I think you would love the Tom Ford shade and illuminate cream bronzer/highlighting duo. It’s expensive but amazing 😍 I use shade intensity 01.
