Is your dirt bike or ATV's shock leaking or just in desperate need of a rebuild? Suspension jobs can be daunting to tackle but knowing how to do it yourself can save you a lot of time and money over taking it to a shop. In this video, Charles shows how to rebuild a Showa motorcycle rear shock off of a 2019 Honda CRF250RX. This process will be very similar for other ATV/ dirt bike Showa rear shocks with horizontal reservoirs.

Great video. I installed a Zetta internal lowering collar in my shock and now I need to refill the oil and nitrogen. I wasn't sure how to refill the oil and get the air out. Shop wants $145 to refill it, not including oil and nitrogen. Pffff
