However, there are steps that can be taken to prevent material distortion beforehand.
    To avoid distortion in CNC machining of aluminum bars, several techniques can be employed:
    - Symmetrical machining: It's essential to avoid excessive heat concentration and instead promote heat dissipation to reduce the rate of thermal distortion.
    - Multi-level machining: If multiple cavities exist on an aluminum alloy plate, it's easy to twist them due to the uneven distribution of force. To prevent this, handle all deep cavities within the same timeframe.
    - Optimize cutting parameters: The cutting depth significantly affects the cutting parameters. To maintain efficiency and reduce the number of cuts, CNC milling can address the issue by increasing machine speed and decreasing cutting force.
    - Drilling and milling: When milling cutters are applied to cavities and components, the cutting path may be insufficient, leading to thermal cutting, expansion, and distortion. The best way to avoid this issue is to pre-drill with a larger tool than the milling cutter and then place the milling cutter and mill.
