    Hello Mike, thank you for the video showing the fantastic "Speedy" Gurkhas, less speedy back to barracks. The marches are new for me, never heard i think, and different from my favorite ones. The video is well filmed and the sound is clear, thank you very much for sharing and your efforts always!

    Good morning, Mike. Thanks for your efforts as always. My “adopted boy,” is wearing a type boot on his foot/ankle. I think I saw Lenny😀 Castell Coch is going to be a new favorite of mine. Have a good weekend

      Hello Charlotte, and thanks! Yes, I can see something about "your" boy's foot or ankle. I'm glad you like Castell Coch. It's one of a series (of 4, I think) by the same composer all with names of Welsh castles. Maybe others will be played sometime. Have a good weekend yourself.

      Thanks @SecretSpiski - we certainly need something rousing after all the depressing weather here!

    Spiffing video as usual Sir Mike! I must say I did have a huge smile when I heard them play 'Castell Coch'! A bit strange hearing a Woodwind arrangement of it, so used to hearing a Brass Band play it. Although I'm certainly not complaining! I do hope they play 'Copenhagen' soon, another spiffing Bugle march.

      Hello Delvin, and thanks! As I also said in a comment in Cyno's video, Castell Coch is one of a series of, I think, 4, all with names of Welsh castles, by the same composer. Others of the series are good as well, and I've seen BAB Tidworth and/or Catterick playing at least one of them in a video. But, as you say, yesterday was the first time I'd ever heard any of them re-arranged to include woodwind. "The Contestor" is another excellent march by the same composer. Have a good weekend.

      @@MikeM14-40 You're most welcome Sir! There's quite a few other brass marches that come to mind that have Welsh Castle names, Cardiff Castle, Caernaforn Castle, Castel Caerffili (Hope I spelt them right!) They're all excellent in my opinion. I'll have to check Cynos Channel I have yet to reply to him. Also, you might be interested to know I have uploaded a few recordings on my channel of me playing a few marches on the Snare. Have a great Weekend as well!

      @@delvinrodriguez3341 Hello Delvin, I'm sorry it's taken so long to get back to you (I've been very busy today with another Windsor trip, etc), but I think it's important that I now do. I have some good news! Regarding the "Castle" series of marches, I have the original vinyl LP record (33rpm) dating from about 1969 which has all of them on it, played by the Excelsior Ropes Works Band, along with some other marches. This was bought for me when I was a child, by my parents. I can't play "vinyls" any more, because I haven't owned a turntable ("record player") for tens of years, but from the sleeve I can tell you exactly how they were spelt when the record was produced. They are shown as:-
      Caernarvon Castle;
      Castell Caerffili;
      Castell Coch;
      Castell Caerdydd.
      Please bear in mind, though, that what would really count for me is what is written on the actual original music parts and score (publishers do themselves unfortunately occasionally make mistakes!). Secondly, names sometimes "change" over time, and particularly Welsh names, due to the activities of the Welsh nationalists over the ensuing years.
      I very much look forward to seeing and hearing the uploaded recordings on your channel when I have time to do them proper justice - it may even be tomorrow. I did see that they were newly there, now that the "message" to "you know who" in the Description has gone hopefully having served its purpose.
