@@drivingbro previous ones are reliable but m57n2 with 145kw and 170kw and 173kw they changed timing chain design and engine block became aliuminum and timing chain tends to snap after 250k kilometers
@@drivingbro on m57 timing chain is located at The front and yeah i was thinking to buy e92 330d with 170kw M57n2 and sell my e90 320d n47 so i decided to just change timing chain on n47. And to change timing chain on m57 is much cheaper
Nothing is rubbing, have you got wide tyres or lowered suspension? Ive got a metal sound coming from the brake disc now tho, after mechanic removed a broken bolt.
@@drivingbro No, stock 231 hp acceleation - 6.7 and 197 hp - 7.4 ( its data from instruction book from bmw ). 6.1 acceleration has bmw e90 after lift ( 245 hp) . Maybe my accelearion could be faster on better tyres. I have winter 225/45 r17.

I thought the E90 325Ds used a de-tuned 3.0l engine, so it'd be the M57 6 cylinder?
should be yes, 25d models were all 6cyl, later ones were n57 though

@@drivingbro yeah it has The same engine as 330d if you put gearbox from 330d you can get those results
@@drivingbro yes i have done swirl flap delete, but talking about 325d what i heard those engines doesnt have them
at 3:09 ; have you figured out whats rubbing? I've got the same issue on my 330d e91 and 325d e92. It happens only when I go into left corners fast...

@@drivingbro Good time, i have e90 330d after chip 265 hp and 620 nm and my best time 0-100 is 6.4 ( measured acceleration application)
