RIP Jackmaster. I was lucky enough to be at this set. Truly one of the greatest to ever stand behind a set of decks. He could go b2b with anyone comfortably. Playful, unpredictable and exciting with an unbelievable collection of records. The DJs DJ. Absolutely gutted.
A brilliant DJ. Being from Glasgow I've had the pleasure of seeing him in the Sub Club warming up for Jeff Mills, Numbers nights and at the Soundhaus back in the day for a night called Monox. I didn't know him personally but I have friends who did, all understandably in bits. He's left an imprint on the scene in Glasgow and the planet that will never fade.
Armand is a legend. He is one of the best House producers, DJ’s of the 90’s and early 2000’s. His bass lines, horns and grooves have always been funky as hell. We need more of Armand, his real drops and real House Music today. I remember dancing to all of these songs in the NYC club heyday of the 90’s (Palladium, Tunnel, Twilo, Factory, Roxy, Club USA, World, LQ and many more places. Real House Music lives on.
Dude, this isn't anywhere near what I would call "real House Music"! I actually hate the term! If you've never had the chance to go to the clubs that made this genre then you are back seat driving...and right now you are back seat driving! Palladium? Tunnel? They were ok but you missed the places that put Underground and Disco on the map...I guess it's not your fault due to your age, but don't post that stuff as if those clubs were setting trends...you know what places i'm talking about too! And you didn't even mention the Shelter...if you were really down with it the Shelter should have been the first on your list clubs!
Shawn put me on the guest list for this night. I went to Hydra on my own and had one of the best nights of my life. Jack was sincerely one of the very few people in the industry who’d welcome everyone with open arms and treat them with decency and unfettered kindness. Thank you for everything Jack, we adore you

There is a large contingency of people that may not realize how amazing this set is and that's okay, but for the rest of us???? How a-fuckin-bout this amazing set? I mean it's just exactly what/how house music should be. It brought back so many amazing memories of how much fun this music really is. I about danced myself out of my chair at the office today and if I bobbed my head any harder I would have hurt myself! 100 salutes to Armand & JackMaster and to the Boiler Room for bringing this brilliance into the world!
Reminds me back in the dayz started partying in 1996 especially Arena dayz all ages Friday night in Hollywood when Dj Irene & Richard Humpty vision & Bad boy bill & and the Dj's from UC. I miss those dayz

Proper djing, playing for the crowd. No pre mix sets like some Djs doing the festival circuit. Boiler room always bring the best and this is top drawer. Foot stomping feel good house, you could listen to this over and over. Oh and Pete Heller Big Love, ultimate pick me up 😉
this brings back so many memories because he's referencing so much of house music's classic titles. In NYC in the nineties I used to go to sound factory and Twilo and AVH would play there every once in a while. AVH is one of the few NY DJs who actually conveys that NYC vibe in the music, even though it has some chicago influences in it Van Helden IS NYC in terms of big-room, bangin' house music that New Yorkers like. Love Van Helden and so glad he's stayed the course 25 years on. Well done!
Just about every single one of my favourite dance tunes in this set,!!! Even a bit of 'ol Bazzer thrown in,.. Well done, lads,..I'm dancing in the rain,!!!!!!!!
I knew armand when he was first starting out as a d.j at the loft in Boston back in the early 90s. he dedicated a song to one of the dance crews that came out of the loft called the circle children.
I've watched other Boiler Room presentations on TH-cam, but this pair is a knockout for any nightclub. Perfect setlists, perfect turns and, above all, excellent DJs... Jackmaster is very focused... Armand Van Helden is a living legend... This duo has to tour to bring down nightclubs in the world... Please start with Brazil, I'll go... Great! This presentation can already be considered a great house music classic.

Armand seems like a pretty solid dude. Between giving Jackmaster props multiple times in this awesome set, he's always been supportive of new artists in interviews. He seems like one of the few genuine DJ's. Love his Nervous records tank top too. First DJ records I bought were by Nervous.
I was there at the front and she did end up unplugging something, and they had a mini-stress moment getting everything back in working order. Dumb bitch.
Paul Geddes shes rolling her balls off in front of ledgends lol jealous much? i agree she shouldnt of been so close but at the same time shes extremely fucked up on ecstacy thats obvious for anyones whos been on it and rollin to ledgends of house such as these shit i used to roll to this alone at home jammin out to armand lol
Really really good set! A lot of classics! We can feel that they really knows what they are doing and they did it well! Nice transitions, mixing some really famous song that makes people happy! To see them enjoying like this is so cool! Good job guys, Armand van Helden is a classic for some reasons ;) My my myyyy !
this set reminds me of the famous Underground in Knoxville, TN from 1997 to 1999. DJ Kevin Nowell would get the night started and DJ Stormboy and DJ Slink now known as huglife took over after midnight. 1,200 people every Wed, Fri, and Saturday! Then at 3 am Slink tore it up in the Boiler Room downstairs till 6_am. Goodtimes #housemusic#breakbeats
Gonna be rocking most of these jams at the hydrotechnics festival this July in afton NY. Gonna let t new and old school feel the beats that are so true and beautiful. Something to be said about this era of house music. Bringing back to the new and old school proper like!!
rip jackmaster, gone too soon. still to this day one of the best boiler rooms released!

Rip jackmaster Scottish dance legend, his sub club mixes soundtracked my twenties.
RIP Jackmaster, so talented 😭

True House music. Not the fucking EDM crap. Kudos to Armand Van Helden for not giving in to EDM crappy sounds.

Why can't this kind of house music come back :(
It is bro! All us old heads are coming back now. I started in 1998...this was house to me!!
Music from heart instead from the pocket.
being of born in a generation with some shit music, I'm listening and expanding my library through the old types of music (preferably house :) )
Ian Cooper it back bruh
Tell me about it! I started DJing the same year, and haven't stopped! :)
In my opinion this is the best B2B on TH-cam. The camaraderie between the DJs is epic to see. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Reminds me back in the dayz started partying in 1996 especially Arena dayz all ages Friday night in Hollywood when Dj Irene & Richard Humpty vision & Bad boy bill & and the Dj's from UC. I miss those dayz

Vinyl23 THANK YOU SO MUCH .....
I love when the party is live and interactive. These djs put on a music composition that can rock any house party!! BRAVO!!!
Armand seems like a pretty solid dude. Between giving Jackmaster props multiple times in this awesome set, he's always been supportive of new artists in interviews. He seems like one of the few genuine DJ's. Love his Nervous records tank top too. First DJ records I bought were by Nervous.
When he dropped "You don't even know Me"... Speechless!
Agreed, except for the chick at the front waving her hands like an idiot!
Luke Ayling god forbid anyone enjoying themselves
+The Slighted chill guys haha
Jarred Dyason Holy shit!!! The place goes fuckin off!!!! unreal!! Proper
+Jarred Dyason THE FEELS
Dance, dance, dance! Armand van Helden! The best DJ and producer! Thank you!
Nothing but love for this set. One of the best boiler room sets, for real. Legends!!!
46:22 the best
This is true my favorite song by him
watched this video a few times and I'm still expecting the mental bird at the front to grab something or break something, she makes me feel uneasy
+Paul Geddes mirrored my mind!i was getting anxious with this girl.i would have pushed her back just for mental stability issues.

I wanna live my life by music and love for the rest of my days, when it's like this what else matters other than do what you really enjoy

So much daft punk / french influence in this set. Neat
RIP Jack…the world was brighter with you in it
Jesus this is full of uplifting 90's fire! AVH 4 life!
36:24 - as if he dropped Gusto - Vibes. Best bootleg/mashup ever. Have it on vinyl and so lucky to have picked it up back in 97
Eveyrtime I want to hear a good set out of classics this is where I come.
Epic set, epic tunes. Epic crowd. This is ONE. Protect these guys at all cost
7 years on this is still my friday night go to
RIP Jack 💔🕊️ the vibes and energy will never be matched x
Wish I could have been inside!! Amazing sets⚡️
this set reminds me of the famous Underground in Knoxville, TN from 1997 to 1999.
This is the best set ever. I have listened 1000 times
Proper house music! Takes me right back to NYC ca 2000/2001 - Centro-Fly, Shelter...good times indeed.
1:23:43 till 1:24:36. OMFG
Fantastic 😎 When he played Sterling void It’s alright my hairs on my arms and neck stood up my mind was tingling 😜👍
Promised Land is the one that makes my hairs stand up. All the time
Armand is definitely on the kings court of House legends 🙏🙏
Top 5 Boiler rooms video! Wish I was there! Jackmaster completely nailed the set! Thanks to Sam Kayne for the tracks list.
What a party, these guys must be loving what they do. "Good life" at the end killed it!
Thank you armand for this opening with my track!
Release date December 12th!
This needs to be on y’all’s archive frr
Gonna be rocking most of these jams at the hydrotechnics festival this July in afton NY. Gonna let t new and old school feel the beats that are so true and beautiful. Something to be said about this era of house music. Bringing back to the new and old school proper like!!
From start to end this set is just plain on point! Definitely one of the most fun and memorable Boiler Rooms I've ever seen/listened to.
Dam that Pete Heller track still fresh!!! I still have that vinyl @@@
