Their friendship was so beyond touching. Even throughout Eloise’s anger towards Pen she never wanted harm to come to her. She continued to love and protect her. She wanted to wait for her to reveal the truth. I loved their friendship so much and I know I will come back to this video often. Having one friend like this I would say is a truly lucky thing. And to be a friend like this to someone also equally wonderful. I loved the many loves in the Bridgerton series. The friendships and the love between the Bridgerton siblings was so touching to me. Eloise and Colin are my favorite and I loved seeing them so much in season 3. Thank you for making this video. I’d hoped someone would ❤
Please do one for Portia & Penelope!! The best part about Part 2 of season 3 was watching the Featherington women finally, truly come together as a family.

I feel like Eloise finding out was a good thing for their friendship because they managed to make their own way through the season without having to hang off each other as well as keeping the secret together, although they both did wrong in their actions towards handling on revealing the secret but also caring for each other despite the hurt I think they will flourish better as friends now that it’s finally out in the open and they’ll focus on the repair

I love that they're not the same after what happened. Penelope really messed up, and she really hurt Eloise and the Bridgerton family, long before it was necessary. That's something that alters a relationship, and even though they reconciled there is no way they could ever realistically be what they used to be.

I love their friendship, seeing them reconceal was the only thing good about season 3
The part where Eloise looks at her with love again and asks her what she’s has been reading and Penelope looks at her is beautiful 🥹 is was there the moment where they started to be friends again
Best friends
A true friend doesn't ruin your engagement party by blackmailing you and making you spend the entire evening in terror until you pass out in a panic attack. A true friend is always on your side, she helps you, she supports you, she is your accomplice and covers you if you need it. She keeps your secrets. She doesn't threaten you with revealing them. Eloise is a terrible friend.
You're not wrong but we also have to take into account here that Eloise was very, very concerned with how Colin would take the news given that Whistledown had first outed Marina who Colin then cared for, nearly ruined Eloise and was critical of Colin when he got returned. Eloise should definitely have been a better friend as you reasoned really well but I also feel she felt a little betrayed in that moment and it caused her to behave in the manner she did.
You forget that Colin is her brother. How can a marriage be built on a lie?

A true best friend is also a human being. And they make mistakes. Both in this case.
