I wanted to post this sunday but life got in the way. That being said, I love this season and this couple a whole. The way I had to only focus on the main love confessions but I'm going to try and make a video that is just his words of affirmation for Penelope like...it WILL be much longer so I just focused on the scenes where he claimed his romantic feelings for her in front of others (and to reassure her). I love their soft love story so much.

Finally I saw someone else said this too!! I'm quite annoyed with people who said they don't feel the LOVE from Colin AT ALL, then comparing it with Anthony's "bane of existence." I mean I liked the declarations from Simon (the one in front of queen) and Anthony, but why some people cannot see that Colin's love was different. That it's not the boisterous and burning type one.

It is a beautiful love story about two lovely young people. It is not raw and lustful like the first two, but sweet, thoughtful, deep and respectful. Of course the first two were also good.There was love, high excitement and all that is necessary make a good story. Just not as good as this one was.
Yep this is true love!! I did find the 1st two love stories believable- it felt like just lust and it was so soapy. Real life doesn't work like that.

Everyone’s journey to love is different. If it were all the same we would only need one season. I love all of them and I’m really enjoying Penn and Colin…just wish we could have had much more scenes with them instead of Benedict traipsing with the older lady and her lover. Isn’t he going to get his own season? I would have loved to see flashbacks of when Pen and Colin first met, more of his burning looks and he should have been required to fight more for her against Lord Debling. More of their ‘I want you but I am upset with you right now” interactions and confirmation that the baby boy was conceived in that mirror scene. Oh welll…

People have been complaining about it being so fast paced but this is literally love in its most beautiful form- no games- no hide and seek- no wondering if the other loves you and I had such a blast watching them🥰

I do think we were cheated out of more Polin scenes -- which we wanted desperately and which they deserved!! But I also think people are confusing fast-paced with the crazy, choppy editing - where one second Colin is realizing that Pen may actually marry Lord Debling, and the next second we are thrust into Lady Arnold's tacky 4-poster bed, watching her writhing under the covers with what's his name and poor Benedict. 😖
@@phyllisnunn2061 yes, the editing was sloppy I agree. We didn’t need all the threesome scenes with Benedict. One would have been enough.
Luke's emoting is 100%. He doesn't need to speak, his eyes and body language speak a million words. I say bloody brilliant!

It's my favourite season and my favourite couple!! They admire, love and respect each other: the way Colin realizes his feelings for Penelope (and accepts them) is beautiful. The way he admires her, the way he loves her, his passion... The way Penelope admires him, respects him, loves him... ❤❤
I am not the romantic type but Colin’s words here to Penelope, total admiration to his wife makes me cry 😢. All the thousand times I watch this scene. It touches my soul

Love this so beautiful. Season 3 was my favorite and this is a beautiful tribute to the love between Colin and Pen. When Colin speaks about the letters and Pen having one voice. I love that when we see Colin reading her letters that the other letters with them are tightly bound while Penelope’s letters are barely knotted which to me means that this wasn’t the first time he has gone back to read them and in fact has read them quite often.
I love them so so much. They’re soulmates your honor 😭😭😭. They could never make me hate Colin 🥹🥹🥹. The way the love shines through even when he’s upset…the way that they both have done the personal growth work so that nothing will ever get in the way again and now they fully accept themselves and each other and love each other even more deeply. Now we’ll get to just see them be happy, flirty, silly, intimate, etc. in the next season 💗
And he has such a soft gentle voice with her, pls it’s so romantic 🥹
Even when he’s angry, he never raises his voice to scream at her. You can see the hurt and betrayal, but also see his deep love for her.

I love their last dance. All of who Colin really is comes out through his face, he's relaxed again and in love. Like he looks like S1 Colin again. They're just happy. I love them.
I love how when he says to her mother that he proposed out of love he says “not to sully OUR Bridgerton name.” And he turns his head to include Pen as a part of that, like she was already a Bridgerton.
