So today people can say things like "gender identity" but many who use gender identity can't claim a sex like Male/Female... because it'll solidify wat u really are. Female no matter what species including trees produce fruit, and the male even with trees pollinate. I don't care how good a job a Dr did in making someone look identical to their counterparts...if u can't pollinate? Ur not male. And if u aren't born with the ability or the potential to take that pollen to produce fruit?..Ur not a female species. Hope that answers the question u asked
