It's soo good but on the 3rd try, I boiled my bilo-bilo separately because I noticed that the middle part of the bilo-bilo are not totally cooked yet. Simmering for 5 mins. until it floats is not enough for me. Thanks for sharing your recipe, my family loves it!
Aside from adding less water into the mixture of your glutinous rice flour. It is important to cook the balls without adding sugar in the gata while boiling it. Sugar can make it hilaw.

It could be you added too much flour din sa dough mo kaya ganoon but yes you can do that as well if you like. I am still glad you enjoyed this recipe.
