    fav ko po yern, hinahanda ng nanay nun bday ko nun akoy bata pa, khit every bday ko lng yern natitikman, sarap n sarap ako kc gawa ni nanay, puno ng pgmamahal. Happy n tlaga bday ko nyan😊🤭😊

    All time favorite po Namin ito ma'am Janette. Pangmaramihan po Ako kung magluto Ako nito Kasi daming kapitbahay Ang nanghihingin sa sobrang sarap po nito. Sa kahoy ko po niluluto kc malaking kaldero Ang ginagamit ko. Pinapaambag ko po mga kapitbahay ko maraming maluto :)

    It's soo good but on the 3rd try, I boiled my bilo-bilo separately because I noticed that the middle part of the bilo-bilo are not totally cooked yet. Simmering for 5 mins. until it floats is not enough for me. Thanks for sharing your recipe, my family loves it!

      It could be you added too much flour din sa dough mo kaya ganoon but yes you can do that as well if you like. I am still glad you enjoyed this recipe.

      Maybe your balls were too big, or too dense. Can't have big dense balls and expect them to act the same as normal balls.

      Aside from adding less water into the mixture of your glutinous rice flour. It is important to cook the balls without adding sugar in the gata while boiling it. Sugar can make it hilaw.

    I like to cook dessert Halo Halo ginatan, add coconut milk and splenda seertener. Make moche bilo bilo and add to ginatan
    So good.

      I suggest to use coconut milk. Chaokoh brand is one the best brand if you have it available in your area

    Thanks so much for this post! I have successfully made it following your video. However, I made one simple mistake that ruined my bilo bilo - I accidentally used coconut CREAM instead of milk! Now the whole thing is really too sweet I can't eat a whole serving. Does anyone have any tips on how to save it?
