Why the INEOS Quartermaster Costs More Than the Grenadier in the U.S.

INEOS recently announced North American pricing for the Quartermaster and the U.S. pricing is higher than Grenadier pricing. Why is that? - $15,000 is a big difference for such a similar 4x4.
