There are many stone crushers in Ulwe area. Due to continues blasting, staying in building becoming very unsafe. Keep this in mind before purchaing homes in Ulwe. I am regretting now.

MGM institute is in Kalamboli, right beside the junction where Mumbai Pune expressway starts and not in CBD Belapur
MGM is not in kalamboli. It's in Kamothe. The sector 1 of Kamothe is MGM hospital and medical college
