I have an 04, should i lower the tire and put some oil or grease on that cable and housing? I live in a salt using state.My old Tahoe is a little different than this but it rusted up real good.

I would. This one has stayed in the south and still was on there fairly snug.
I need the set of tools you know it is standar for the for runner or with tacoma or i can buy it in amazon ?
