In most games my 3060 will draw 130W of power, but in this game it never goes above 100W. It isn't being fully utilized despite GPU utilization being nearly 100%. VRAM and CPU isn't bottlenecked either. Something is wrong here.
You'll also see low power consumption in addition to low temps. It's because of VRAM. Lower texture quality to High from Very High and you'll see temps go higher and frame rate getting better.

This game has an issue. Gpu usage is showing 99% but the gpu wattage is at 77w which shows gpu usage can't be 99%.

Ok so what actual in this clip was the rtx 3060 had some ghost in it which was cursed to act like gtx 1060, even driver updates and reseating the gpu couldnt fix it

Bro my gpu was 99% and 8456 mhz legit 1.4k more than my max limit and i got blue screen

This isn't bottlenecking... Isn't rocket league a GPU intensive game therefore increasing the GPU usage rather than CPU.

RTX card is using 99% of its power meanwhile the R5 uses 44% of it but i might be wrong
It could be because of the energy that the gpu eats😂

Its an issue on insonmiac games (happens on spiderman too) that's why they run so bad on laptop gpus
@@doomslayer8985 ah I see. Although I found that miles Morales ran little better than remastered. The only other games I saw low GPU usages was Skyrim but I heavy mod that game. Hogwarts and cyberpunk. Cyberpunk was terrible low GPU usage. All other games run fine though
Good observation, miles Morales does run a lot better than spiderman remastered on my laptop as well
