Gosh...in your intro you have mentioned santoor..a 'sufi instrument' ...the correct name is shatha tantri Veena or Veena with 100 strings...tis mentioned in Indian classical Sanskrit literature as well..pt. Shiv Kumar Sharma as well as other maestros have mentioned it themselves..don't know how it became sufi instrument ...Maybe we are afraid to state things associated with our culture clearly and are too eager to give credit to outside influences even if it is good and is clearly associated with this land and culture...good things from every culture is welcome..but pls don't create misnomers and plagiarize matters to discredit anybody...
