Least attention is paid for comfort of mitigating public in all courts, Supreme Court included. It is the public which pays the hefty fees of the lawyers.

It is already proven that both the government of all political colours and a fraction, however small of judiciary is nonchalant regarding the quality and rate of justice delivery in the country for a long time.Considering the number of pending cases,types of cases where court is being statistically used as a SPV(Special Purpose Vehicle ) to retarded punitive action by few influential persons, where human rights is getting over valuation and number of cases where common people are being misguided by a fraction of unscrupulous advocates shows how poorly we are scoring in the process of ensuring equitable social just. Allocating a too high amount for the development of physical infrastructure of the apex court is nice for ostentation but how rational is it at the cost of non physical infrastructure?Cybernetics is going to open an era of both verbally and physically lean and trim justice delivery system- ie the role of both gigantic buildings including libraries and persons with superfluous vocabulary without results will become redundant .So this opportunity to be utilized for a well distributed system to ensure equal access to law.
Nothing great happening in judiciary Sir Your judiciary system failed in giving justice in time in India which means justice denied. You never supervise lower courts which delayed justice abnormally which again means justice denied including CAT . Honble Chief Justice of India needs to introduce some system in Judiciary to speed up cases before He retires from Supreme Court of India.
