Question; Isn’t the mane supposed to fall on the horses right side? The “off side”? My horse’s mane is split, 2/3 to her right, 1/3 to her left. I’m trying to train it all to go to her right.
It is tradition in some disciplines like the hunters for the mane to fall to the right. In other disciplines, it doesn't matter. I really just let the mane fall to the side that's most comfortable for them, in your case that would be the right. Many horses have the majority of their mane on the left, and I just roll with that. It's more personal preference than anything!
This is literally the only technique that has worked for my thoroughbreds thin and floppy mane! Thanks guys! ❤️
