お詳しい方のコメント嬉しいです！おっしゃる通りディスプレイ裏面のエアロ形状含めて計算され尽くしているので、下手に追加すると逆効果だったりする可能性はありますね。
あくまでそれを分かった上で更なるエアロ効果を目指したいなら試してみる？といったところですかね😆
