I am presently in Estonia.. My first impression is that the people are very reserved and respectful. As I walk through the streets of Tallinn, it is rather rare that someone will look me in the eye.. In fact, there is no acknowledgement whatsoever! The few times that I have asked for help on the street for directions, etc, etc, they have been most helpful...Today, I visited the indoor market and was helped by a very sweet, Russian speaking lady.. We did not understand a word of each other, but she sure made me feel like a valuable customer.. Here where I am residing, it is so quite.. There is no music, no noise on the streets, nothing.. And, I am staying in a very congested residential neighborhood.... It's beautifully quiet.......... Shhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! I am going to bed now..
