This world seems like a comfortable middle ground between vanilla Isikai and Elden Ring. Good news is I can have another chance at a normal life, the bad news is that I still begin maidenless.

Looks like we're quite slow on the uptake here. This is just a second life, but you know what you're good at and what you can improve cause seeing your stat page, that's a huge leg up over normal life where you have to hope you stumble into it. Heck, we could have been expert toy carvers already and never knew it. Was a fun video idea

However, at the ripe young age of 21, he finds himself on his deathbed, stricken with a terminal heart disease. His loving family is there for him in his last moments. After death, he wakes up in an ethereal void and is met by a goddess who offers him an opportunity for reincarnation in another world. In addition, he is offered an additional boon of his own choice that he can bring with him into the next world. He chooses to wake up in the next world alongside reincarnations of his family. His mother, father, older brother, older sister, and the family dog.
