She should sue them for ignoring her, this was going to be her big tv break.
I'm amazed he made it to court. When my friend has a seizure she can't speak well afterwards and has no energy.
I WAS BOUT TO SAY WHY IS THAT LITTLE BOY IN THERE WITHOUT HIS PARENTS LOL
Cause he’s 19 so he don’t need it
Little boy wasn't afraid to take on a big job he was just lazy
Grow up! 😂😂
🤣🤣
right
The young man has a tough spirit. Watch out for him.
She KNEW that was a $6K job minimum, and thought she'd get over on the kid if she popped the whip. That stunned look on her face at the end was worth waiting for.
People just wear whatever the flip they want to court!
Yeh, at least put on a hoodie!
Nice haircut lady...
What's the problem with whatever who is wearing? I guess I missed it . Someone in the audience?
Jennie Hughes- My comment was toward the plaintiff. I didn’t think her outfit was appropriate. Just my two cents though.
@@franklesser5655 That's not court appropriate either.
What is she laughing for dude??? He freaking hurt himself🥺
$1500 for patio, fence & fire pit? Your hired! Take as long as you need, lol. She was clearly taking advantage of his age/inexperience.
1500 would barely cover the supplies, never mind him getting paid for his labor.
No of his intelligence which isn’t much
@@versatileduplicity9313 He was probably concussed from his fall from having his seizure.
I wouldn’t trust that to turn out quality lol
He don’t need to be doing no type of construction work if he just having random seizures anyway.., Glad he okay and switched professions...
It was probably stress induced, He was in a foreign state, running late to court, without the comfort of a vehicle( he's probably too young to get a rental). Generally working for yourself, is the best option for people with stress/seizure/anxiety disorders. My concern is that while he stopped doing work he isn't professional enough for, he is now training for a job more stressful than the last.
@@milesandemilyrock if it’s stressed induced or whatever the case then he STILL shouldn’t be doing it. That just further validated my point cause construction is stressful too!! Stress is stress and that can happen from anything, definitely don’t need to be working a high risk job like that if it came from stress..
@@mallo1334 he did say that he fell and had the seizure right?
You have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about… completely clueless. You’re the kinda person who thinks you’re gonna catch the seizures. The kinda idiot who runs to jam something in a seizing persons mouth… ‘Derrrrr, I don’t want him to swallow his tongue derrrr’
@@hankrhill324...um you do need to make sure they dont bite their tongue off tho...sooo idk what point you're trying to make with your last statement...EVERYONE who has taken Med classes know you roll the person on their LEFT side and make sure THEY DONT BITE THEIR TONGUE OFF
This case should've been rescheduled until the defendant got better; however, the plaintiff made a silly decision by hiring the defendant, who is very inexperienced. I admire his business mindset, but she should've dug in her pockets and hired an experienced company.
Yeah, he should join a company and go work beside some experienced..workers? (lol idk what to call them)
I hope the young man is feeling better now. He looked so unwell standing there.
He did omg
I bet the set’s lights were really painful to deal with.
I'm glad the defendant didn't have to give KAREN any money back.
Love when she speaks spanish! 😊 makes me feel proud as a Hispanic!

Indeed. Capri scrubs at that. Zero respect for the court.

Yeah this woman is a horrible human being. She tried taking advantage of this guy and I am sure she and her buddy Kevin had a few laughs at his expense....guess who had the last laugh. How she thought one person could do all that alone is ridiculous.
I felt so bad for this kid! Screw the plaintiff, not only trying to take advantage of his inexperience and being so young, but her little smirk when he was explaining he had a seizure and that’s why his face was all swollen and bruised. He seems like a sweet and kind person, and I hope he has a great future and doesn’t suffer anymore seizures.
He's ambitious! God Bless him
The judge is really raw and rough look at is face he should be sitting, we was coming to court and fall smh
He ha ha! I'm the one laughing now, that's what the plaintiff gets when you laugh at someone having a seizure and hitting their head! #karma
Judge seemed to be sympathetic towards the young man (defendant), she probably looked at him as if he was one of her children. I wish him well!!
I can't even focus on anything but his poor head. I feel so bad for him. It looks like he's been on the losing end of a boxing match
Ouch!! Poor baby.
He had a danm seizure and got hurt but she had the nerve to laugh smfh🙎🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🙄
I have seizures all the time and am not taken seriously. I even ended up in the back of a police car on my way to jail because I was "resisting" sorry if I don't have stereotypical seizures. They're also dangerous because of people's attitudes. If you have a seizure it must be drugs.
@@doobiewoman6956 I’m sorry that happened to you , I wish people would take things serious because that’s not something to laugh about
@@doobiewoman6956 I'm so sorry you went through this. I had a seizure and put in the psychiatric ward because I was combative and it was a seizure. Hope you are doing good
You realize the judge made a joke and that's what she was laughing about
She tried to take advantage of a kid who quoted the job for peanuts
I don't have a problem giving a young person a chance. Have done so in the past and it turned out good. HOWEVER, in a case like this I would go with him to purchase all supplies myself and usually act as a helper and work with them
I would do something like that too!
No kidding.
I commend this kid for being out there working hard and trying to be an entrepenuer. Its just a learning lesson and he will get better and more professional. I wish him luck in his future endeavors
This is actually the best lesson he can learn early. He can now choose if he wants to continue, or do something else. She is one of the nightmare clients.

In a way it appears she tried to exploit him. On what planet does she get the full $1200 back and then some when he did do most of the work. Yes, he did present as unprofessional in his work ethic however, had it been an "adult" male she likely would not have treated him the way she did this young man. Shameful on both parties for various reasons in my opinion.
I wouldn't be surprised if he took a landscaping job because his family said he should do it. That's the part that frustrates me is when family tries to push something on us when we don't really want to do it.
Was the Plantiff laughing when the Defendant said he had a seizure?
Because she's a narcissist. She only cares about herself. Nothing funny about seizures - as some can be potentially FATAL.
😥 ALSO WHERE THIS POOR YOUNG MAN HIT HIS HEAD!
OMGOSH, I SERIOUSLY HOPE & PRAY HE'S GOING TO BE ALRIGHT. HE SEEMS LIKE A GOOD KID 🤗😇🙏💜
Yep she did laugh. That's when she lost 100% of any respect I had for her. Seizures are no laughing matter in any way.
She looked happy af
The plaintiff is an adult, and should know damn well that the job couldn’t be done for that price. She set him up for failure.
I'm glad the defendant won... she knew the job could not be done for that price, as she'd already gotten other quotes. She had the benefit of some supplies he bought with the money and wanted even that back and MORE she was greedy... and willing to take advantage of a 19 year old. Even if he did things wrong... she should have had the godo sense not to hire him at all. plus... sounds like he did a lot of digging and pulling up pavers so he did SOME work that hs should have been paid for. Poor kid just trying to earn an honest living instead of mooching off the government.
Christian. YOU KEEP GOING ❤️
Shameful pathetic woman!! She knew she was taking advantage of that kid and then tried to sue him to get the job finished by someone else 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
I sure hope the defendant had some medical 🚑 😬 attention before court. Poor young 😢 😞 😔 💔 man...
I love that the judge was grilling her about how she was treating the defendant. Poor baby hurt his head.

@pinkchemikx how do you know?
It happened the day before I'm sure he had been to the Dr.
@@rouzbehteimouri7202 he specifically said yesterday while on his way to court & apologized for not being there when he was supposed to be there. So it looks like the taping was delayed for a day til he was cleared because of his medical problem..
@@virginiascheider5205 thank you. Damn I cannot believe how many people keep saying he needed a few hours or whatever. It was literally the day before.
Bidding a job is an art. Know the prices of your supplies, charge a bit more for labor, and then AT LEAST double if not triple that amount. Construction jobs almost always run into unforeseen costs/dilemmas. Poor kid was young, and a lot of ppl under bid their first job. Usually not the 2nd though.. lol
Poor Christian! I hope he had a speedy recovery.
As soon as he explained his seizure and injury and they showed her LAUGHING, I did not want her to win. I feel like she knew she was taking advantage of a young and inexperienced kid and she totally got what she paid for. Serves. Her. Right.
I hope the defendant’s injuries healed and he is successful. Seems like a very respectful young man. 🙏🏻
Yeah, I’m sorry, but the plaintiff annoys the hell out of me. The kid definitely bit off more than he can chew and deserves to learn his lesson, but she should’ve known from the start that the job should have been quoted much higher. She said herself that she got other estimates prior to his. If you’re going to cheap out, don’t be surprised when this happens. Cheap work isn’t great and great work, isn’t cheap!
He never even had to say anything. Nicely done. When someone gives you a quote 1/5 of everyone else.
Did he say he is EMT school? As someone in EMS congrats. It's not a high paying field. Hope you live in a state at allows for people with sz to work. Best of luck!
Love the understanding that this judge has!
This might be the first time I remember where the Defendant doesn't talk the entire case
God bless this young man. 🙏 He seem so sweet ... bless his heart. I'm glad Judge Milian ruled in his favor.
Poor baby. I'm glad she was able to resolve the case without much interaction from him. I hope the medical staff checked him before he came to court.
And when left
Lmfao!!!! Im soooo glad the judge ruled for him!!! One of my favorite episodes. Keep working hard for your dreams kid!
"I got some other quotes and they were out of the ballpark"
Almost like she was quoted professional prices for professional work.
Ahw! The defendant looked like a sad hurt puppy. I would've been patient and tried to guide him as to what specifics the plaintiff wanted. Being he's only 19 warranted it. I have a friend who way under-estimated a job when he was about that age. Him and his friend ended up losing big time just to complete the job.
“And this is my friend”….Her friend? Looks more like some kind of body guard to help straighten him out...
I feel so bad for the defendant. And this B brings him to court knowing he has issues. She wanted cheap and got cheap.
The Plaintiff obviously played on the defendant. Really happy the Judge saw that and did all the talking/interrogating
He came to court with no evidence and barley SPOKE and WON
Seizure??!🤔 Looks like the defendant “fought the law & the law won”🎶 (I hope he heals quickly tho)
The look she gave when he said he fell on the way there is disrespectful.
😂 She said ..She Not your Mother..
Even if she acts like it 😂
He came to court with that bruise. He is a responsible gentleman
Poor guy hit his head from a seizure and she was laughing, glad she lost the case. Now she can laugh about that.
She hired him, he needs to do the work. Her calling for stone, and telling him how to do everything only cost her. If he was paid $1500 and the work was crap or unfinished after an agreed upon date, then she can sue for correction etc. This kid’s lucky Judge swooped in and coddled him.
