This was a marble PLA. Excellent rigidity and layer adhesion. But I wouldn't advise to fly with those props.

Nice work! Have you experimented with different types of blades for lowering the noise level?

Thanks! I tried only these so far but didn't experiment too much with different props. IT's extremely difficult to che FDM props balanced so there is a lot of noise and also the smoothness of the surface is quite poor.
